Objective:To explore the difference of serum CRP,PCT and D-D,APTT in plateau and plain patients with AECOPD,and to analyze whether there is any correlation between serum inflammatory factors, coagulation parameters and PASP.To provide evidence for the early diagnosis and treatment of AECOPD complicated with pulmonary hypertension in plateau. Methods:We randomly selected 30 patients diagnosed AECOPD,and 30 patients who were AECOPD with pulmonary hypertension in Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from November 2017 to December 2018 in the plateau region?altitude was more than 2500m?.Furthermore,we randomly selected 30 cases diagnosed AECOPD,and 30 cases who were AECOPD with pulmonary hypertension in The first affiliated hospital of zhengzhou university at the same period in the plain region as a control group. To collect and analyze PASP and serum CRP,PCT,D-D and APTT levels of the study subjects.Results:1.There was a statistically significant difference in which CRP,PCT,D-D levels in plateau AECOPD and AECOPD combined with pulmonary hypertension group were higher than those in plain control group.while APTT and PaO2 levels were lower than those in plain control group?P<0.05?.2.There was a statistically significant difference in which CRP,PCT,D-D levels in the plateau AECOPD combined with pulmonary hypertension group were higher than those in plateau AECOPD group.PaO2 level was lower than plateau AECOPD group?P<0.05?.3.There was a statistically significant difference in which the levels of CRP,PCT and D-D in plain AECOPD combined with pulmonary hypertension group were higher than those in plain AECOPD group, and PaO2 level was lower than that in plain AECOPD group?P<0.05?.4.In plateau AECOPD and AECOPD combined with pulmonary hypertension group,CRP,PCT and D-D were positively correlated with PASP,PaO2 was negatively correlated with PASP and D-D,PaO2 was positively correlated with APTT?P<0.05?.Conclusion:1.PaO2 of patients in the plateau region was significantly lower than that of the plain area, and PaO2 in the plateau group was negatively correlated with PASP,which confirmed that AECOPD patients in the plateau area were more prone to combined with pulmonary hypertension.2.CRP and PCT of AECOPD combined with pulmonary hypertension were higher than those of simple AECOPD,suggesting that inflammatory reaction was involved in the formation of pulmonary hypertension.3.Compared with the plain AECOPD and AECOPD combined with pulmonary hypertension group,D-D increased and APTT decreased in those group in plateau, suggesting that the hypercoagulable state of the plateau hypoxic environment promoted the formation of pulmonary hypertension.
