| Objective:To observe the effects of menopause syndrome with different treatment frequency electric acupuncture. (Menopausal syndrome, MPS).Method:Research objects are patients with menopause syndrome in Jiangsu province hospital of acupuncture and rehabilitation clinic in February 2014 to October 2014. They are patients of menopause syndrome who within 3 years. Which will be 57 patients were randomly divided into each week 3rd group and each week 1st group,28 cases in each week 1st group,29 cases in each week 1st group. Find out of acupoints which are Guanyuan, Uterine cavity, Day pivot point, Sanyinjiao(all of acpoint finding out on both sides). The patient supine position. Skin meridians routine anti-inflammatory, Day pivot point by three inches filiform needle, Uterine cavity and close yuan of acupuncture point with 2 inches of filiform needle stab to the peritoneum wall layer-, The standard about acupuncture to the peritoneum wall layer which is patient feels local pain. The hand of healer has sense of conflict. Day pivot point and uterine cavity doesn’t do in any methods. Guanyuan acupoint needs small even mention twisting three times. Both sides of Sanyinjiao acupoint with 1.5 inch filiform needle stabs into 1 inch, and small even mention twisting three times, which with local acid bilges feeling. Bilateral uterine and bilateral day pivot point needle handle are transversely connect the wire of electric acupuncture apparatus. Choose the density wave, frequency of it was 10/50Hz, and current intensity was 0.5-1.0 mA, a gradual increase in current strength in patients with abdominal slightly vibrate, retaining the needle last 30 minutes, Guanyuan acupoint and Sanyinjiao acupoint is going to stab three times during the time, once each 10 minutes same as above methods. The treatment of experimental group with electric acupuncture each alternate day. The 3 times treatments for a week with 24 times in total. The time of needle retaining is 30 minutes on each time. Control group treatment for 8 weeks, eight times treatments in total. The two groups find curative and retaining needle, needle operation, both times are same. Evaluate menopausal symptom score and the average change in 24h reheat integration for 4th weeks,8th weeks,20th weeks; Compared with the baseline, serum FSH, LH, E2 change value at the end of 8 weeks.Results:Two groups of 4 weeks after treatment and follow-up period of 24 h baking hot points and 20 weeks average MRS score is no statistical significance (P> 0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment, the total efficiency of electric acupuncture 3rd group is 87.5%, electric acupuncture 1st group total efficiency is 72.8%; The differences of total score of 24 h baking hot points and MRS after 8 weeks treatments on average that has statistically significances (P<0.05), and the curative effect of electric acupuncture 3rd group better than the curative 1st group. Two groups of treatment before and after with serum E2, FSH, LH were no significant differences (P>0.05). Between the two groups after treatment with serum E2, FSH and LH, they are no statistical significances (P> 0.05).Conclusion:The experimental group and the control group treatment of menopausal syndrome all have certain curative effect. However 3rd group of each week better than 1st group of each week with electric acupuncture on menopausal syndrome treating, which has much better clinical curative effect. |
