Objective:This aims of the article explores the change about the rate of platelet aggregation in the patient accomplying with heart failure in vitro experimental research using Turbidimetric platelet aggregometry and Impedance platelet aggregometry, in the same time, analyzes the difference about the rate of platelet aggregation with different type of heart failure and the influencing factors and correlations about the platelet aggregation of heart failure.Method:This article enrolled 71 patients diagnosed with heart failure who reaceived the treatment in the first affiliated hospital of Kunming medical university from October 2015 to January 2014, including 17 patients diagnosed with Dilated Cardiomyopathy (DCM),16 patients diagnosed with Hypertensive Heart Disease,14 patients diagnosed with Ischemic Cardiomyopathy and 24 patients diagnosed with Valvular Heart Disease, as well as 15 patients without heart failure based on the combination of the test of Echocardiograpyh, Brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) and the symptom, who were served as the group without heart failure(including 9 patients diagnosed with hypertenshion,1 patient diagnosed with supraventricular tachycardia,1 patient diagnosed with cervical spondylosis and 4 patients diagnosed with sick sinus syndrome). The methods of the reasech used the adenosine diphosphate (ADP)to test the platelet aggregation rate in platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and whole blood by Turbidimetric platelet aggregometry and Impedance platelet aggregometry, then using the multiple linear regression analysis to analyse the correlation about the risk factors of heart disease to the rate of platelet aggregation and find out the differences between the patient diagnosed with heart failure and without. Results:In the Impedance method, the rate of platelet aggregation in the patient with heart failure and without heart failure group existed a significant difference (P= 0.037< 0.05), but there had no significant statistical differences between other types of heart failure and the group without heart failure, as there is no differences in types of heart failure. The rate of platelet aggregation of Heart failure which combined with the risk factors of Hypertension, or Smoking didn’t show significant difference (P=0.063,0.319 P>0.05), compared with other risk factors in the control group. At the same time the result showed a significant positive correlation between the platelet count, triglyceride levels and age (R=0.555,0.555,0.691, P< 0.05) with the multiple stepwise regression analysis. In the method of Turbidimetry, the rate of platelet aggregation in the patient with heart failure and the group without heart failure didn’t have a significant difference (P= 0.067), the method of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed the mean platelet volume had a significant positive correlation (R= 0.491, P< 0.05).Conclusion:The rate of platelet aggregation in the group of DCM with heart failure was higher than the group without heart failure, in the same time, the factors of age, triglyceride level, the mean platelet volume and whether took the medicine of Clopidogrel had a influence on the rate of platelet aggregation. This paper composed with two parts:1, Measures the change of platelet aggregation rate in platelet rich plasma and whole blood in the group with different types of heart failure using the stimulation of ADP and analyse the differences between the group; 2, Analyses the correlation between the risk factors of heart disease and the rate of platelet aggregation,...
