Background:Plasma cell mastitis (PCM) also refers to mammary duct ectasia, which is a kind of chronic and non-infections inflammation in breast. It has longer duration and easily break out repeatedly,which increases a larger influence on patients’ physiological and psychological.Objective:To study the effect,and advantages of local dialectical of Fibroptic Ductoscopy combined with TCM overall dialectical in treatment of Plasma cell mastitis.Participants& Design:Breast surgery both of outpatient and inpatient of the Third People’s Hospital of Nantong City. A randomized parallel trials.Selection of the cases:After weeding out the unqualified people, there are 32 patients left.Methods:The patients are randomly divided into two groups,control group 15,treatment group 17. The treatment group with the overall dialectical combined with local dialectical of Fibroptic Ductoscopy+TCM treatment.The control group is treated with Western medicine.Results:The treatment group is better than the control group in the clinical signs,tumor size,cure rate and recurrence rate. There’s statistically difference between the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion:The overall dialectical of TCM combined with local dialectical of Fibroptic Ductoscopy can increase the clinical cure rate of PCM.Through the Fibroptic Ductoscopy can intuitively observe the pathological conditions of lesions and cavity of duct, tracking capture and record the pathological changes. At the same time make full use of the overall dialectical of TCM combined with local dialectical of Fibroptic Ductoscopy in treatment of patients. This joint treatment improves the curative effect, lower the recurrence rate.It is worthy of promotion.
