Integrative Medicine Experience. Plasma Cell Mastitis

Purpose:To study combined therapy with chinese and western medicines treating plasma cell mastitis. Induction of clinical difficulties,concluded an optimal treatment plan,in order to achieve shorter course of treatment, improve the curative effect, not only a thorough treatment to prevent relapse, but also preserve the breast aesthetic purposes, and for clinical practice.Material and method:2007-2010 collection in march, liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of 30 cases of patients with plasma cell mastitis and give oral administration of Chinese proprietary xian fang survive drink, yang he tang addition and subtraction, and accompanied by hospital doctors inside and outside the dressing and surgical treatment.Results:Xian Fang Huo Ming Yin, Yang and Tang is treated outside of the hospital-cum-surgical therapy for plasma cell mastitis, the cure rate was 96.67% (29/30), the recurrence rate was 3.33%(1/30).Conclusion:Surgical intervention combined with the administration of the herbal formula"yang he tang",demonstrates its significant efficacy in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis by a high rate, a lower curative rate and a satisfactory shape preservation.
