The Observation Results Of Effectiveness Of Chinese Medicine Yanbao Treatment On Patients With Acute Gastroenteritis

Purpose:Make discussion of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) Reyanbao therapy on the patient featured with insufficiency of spleen and stomach and suffered with acute gastroenteritis, and then make standardization of the operation method of such therapy, so as to propose a new plan to treat clinical acute gastroenteritis.Method:By random grouping, the patient cases collected are divided into two groups, Control Group and Experimental Group, and 44 patients are assigned for Control Group,46 patients for Experimental Group. For CG patients, they are treated with routine anti-infection therapy, such as fluid transport therapy and the other general nursing measures, while for EG patients they are taken both anti-infection therapy and TCM Reyanbao therapy. And then make comparison of therapy effect on patient abdominal pain, diarrhea and hyperactive bowel sounds. Results:Make general comparison of patents information before therapy between CG and EG and discover the fact that there is no statistical significance in the event of patients age P>0.05, patients gender P>0.05, and patients abdominal pain, diarrhea and hyperactive bowel sounds difference P> 0.05. Make comparison of therapy effect on abdominal pain between CG and EG patients after treating for 1 hour,2 hours,3 hours and 4 hours, and find that EG patients acquire better therapy effect on abdominal pain than CG patients after treating for 1 hour and 2 hours, and there has statistical significance because of P<0.01, and that therapy effect on abdominal pain for CG and EG patients after treating for 3 hours and 4 hours has no apparent difference, and P> 0.05, hence there is no apparent statistical significance.Make comparison of therapy effect on diarrhea frequency and hyperactive bowel sounds between CG and EG patients after treating for 1 hour,2 hours,3 hours and 4 hours, and find that therapy effects on hyperactive bowel sounds for CG and EG patients after treating 1 hour and 2 hours has no apparent difference, and P> 0.05, hence there is no apparent statistical significance, and that EG patients acquire better therapy effect on hyperactive bowel sounds than CG patients after treating 3 hours and 4 hours, and P<0.01, hence there is statistical significance.Conclusions:CTM Rryanbao therapy can provide apparent effect on patient abdominal pain after treating 1-2 hours, and cause good control of diarrhea and hyperactive bowel sounds after treating 3-4 hours.
