Object:By analyzing the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) in TCM Hospitals of Beijing from 2006 to 2008,provide evidence-based information for standardizing the TCM treatment of AMI.Methods:Fill the data of AMI patients into the unified CRF tables, input the Access databases, apply the software of SPSS 15.0 to analyze the conquer, type, frequency, and to check against using of intravenous formulations of TCM, oral medicine forms of TCM, him for TCM.Methods:Factors of TCM according to the standards in the CRF tables, is divided intoqixu,xuexu,yinxu,yangxu,qizhi,xueyu,hanning,tanzu;intravenous formulations of TCM accordingtotheconquerinCRFTables,is devided into huoxue,yiqiyangyin,wenyang,huatan;oral medicineformsofTCMaccordingtotheconquerintheCRFtables,isdividedintotongbian,zhike,hua tan,huoxue,yiqiyangyin,xingqi,jiebiao,buyiganshen,wenyang; the Chinese native medicine used in traditional Chinese medicine complex types, CRF table reference standards, whichever are the most frequently used to analyze the top 16, In accordance with the general highereducation,"15,"NationalPlanningtextbookmedicineclassification,dividedintohuoxue,buq i,huatan,liqi,buxue,lishuishenshi,buyin.Results:Data were collected 917 cases of cases, including 846 cases of patients with the Traditional Chinese medicine preparation,92.26% of total cases, a total of 25 Chinese herbs used intravenous preparations. Total of 186 cases of patients with a proprietary oral formulation,20.28% of total cases, a total of 57 species of oral use of proprietary Chinese medicines. Total of 548 cases of patients with a decoction of Chinese medicine,59.76% of total cases,218 kinds of Chinese medicine were used. Blood stasis in 752 cases of patients, a total of 688 cases of Traditional Chinese Herbs used, accounting for 91.49%(688/752), a total of 64 cases did not use any medicine formulations of activating blood circulation, accounting for 8.51%(64/752); of the 165 patients with non-blood stasis syndrome patients, a total of 123 cases of Traditional Chinese Herbs used, accounting for 74.55%(123/165), a total of 42 patients with activating blood medicine is not used, accounting for 25.45%(42/165). In 681 cases of deficiency and/or yin deficiency patients, a total of 482 cases of use of traditional Chinese medicine Qi and Nourishing Yin, accounting for 70.78%(482/681), a total of 199 patients did not use any medicine formulations of Qi and Nourishing Yin, accounted for 29.22%(199/681); in 236 cases of non-deficiency and/or yin deficiency patients, a total of 147 cases using traditional Chinese medicine Qi and Nourishing Yin, accounting for 62.29%(147/236), a total of 89 cases of unused Qi treatise on medicine, accounting for 3771%(89/236). In 106 patients with yang deficiency patients, a total of 32 cases using the warming yang of Chinese medicine, accounting for 30.19%(32/106), a total of 74 patients did not use any formulation of warming yang of Chinese medicine, accounting for 69.81%(74/106); in 811 patients with non-yang deficiency patients, a total of 125 cases using the warming yang of Chinese medicine, accounting for 15.41%(125/811), a total of 686 cases of unused warming yang of Chinese medicine, accounting for 84.59%(686/811).Conclusion:TCM preparations are extensive, and its easy to use, suitable for the characteristics of AMI acute onset, and a number of evidence-based medical evidence that their patients can reduce the mortality related to AMI. Decoction of Chinese medicine because of its flexibility, more suitable for clinical syndrome characterized by diversity, is an important treatment of AMI. Oral formulations for proprietary Chinese medicines and permit the use of Chinese patent medicines to purge the most. Generally consistent with the clinical syndrome differentiation agents, check against the principles of medicine, yet to be further improved.
