Objective:To investigate the influence of the change of major clinical experiment index at different gestational on neonatal birth weight.Methods:There were 50 singleton-pregnant women accepted regular antenatal check-up in Dalian Zhongshan Maternity and Child Health Care Institute in January 2014. A series of programs about the state of their bodies during pregnancy(resistance to ovalbumin antibody, Resistant starch polysaccharide antibody, hypersensitive-CRP, hepatitia B surface antibody, blood routine examination, urine routine examination,glucose,total cholesterol, high density lipoprtotein cholesterol, low density lipoprtotein cholesterol, total protein, albumin, creatinine, estradiol) were measured. The basic information of the pregnant women and their husbands(the height, the weight and the abdominal perimeter measured in the early pregnancy) were recorded.The basic information of another 200 puperae and their husbands and newborns(the name,the age,the height,the weight and the abdominal perimeter measured before preganacy) were collected.All the experiment indexes were analyzed with Multiple Linear Regression(back) in order to find the main influencing variables.Results : ⑴Mother’s weight before pregnancy affects birth weight significantly(p<0.05),the heavier weight before pregnancy is, the heavier birth weight is.⑵The specific gravity(SG) and the hypersensitive-CRP(hs-CRP) in 12 th week of gestation(early pregnancy) affect birth weight significantly(p<0.05),the higher SG is,the heavier birth weight is, the higher hs-CRP is,the heavier birth weight is.⑶The hypersensitive-CRP(hs-CRP) and the haemoglobin(HB) in 28 th week of gestation(late pregnancy) affect birth weight significantly(p<0.05), the higher hs-CRP is,the heavier birth weight is, the higher HB is,the heavier birth weight is.⑷After the comprehensive analysis, we can get rid of mother’s weight before pregnancy, hs-CRP in 12 th week of gestation and HB in 28 th week of gestation from regression equation; the SG in 12 th week of gestation and hs-CRP in 28 th week of gestation still retain in the regression equation.Conclusion:The mother’s state of the body in pregnancy can influence newborn birth weight more than mother’s weight before pregnancy and other elements.SG of early pregnancy and hs-CRP of late pregnancy have the closest relationship with the neonatal birth weight.
