Variation Characteristics Of TCM Syndrome Before And After Chemotherapy In Patients With Gastric Cancer

Objective: By discussing the variation characteristics of the syndromes before and after chemotherapy in patients with gastric cancer, and to provide theoretical basis and methodology reference for TCM intervention, improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer combine traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods : By the method of clinical investigation, the July 2012 to December2014 in henan province tumor hospital, 61 cases of hospitalized patients diagnosed with stomach cancer is the acquisition of syndromes was conducted,and fill in gastric cancer syndromes questionnaires, establishing database of cancer of the stomach syndrome, input WF Wen Feng — Ⅲ(auxiliary) of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment system to export license element, card type, before and after chemotherapy in patients with gastric cancer symptoms and syndrome factor and syndrome type of statistical analysis of the frequency distribution of exploring the change of TCM syndrome before and after chemotherapy in patients with gastric cancer.Results : 1. After chemotherapy, damp and hot accumulate spleen, vagina trapped the spleen and stomach Yin deficiency and phlegm wet grinds to increase from chemotherapy before, spleen and stomach cold, liver, spleen and stomach deficiency, blood stasis poison resistance stomach discord and two qi is before chemotherapy to reduce, through statistical analysis, damp and hot accumulate spleen, spleen qi deficiency,P<0.01 sp trapped the spleen and stomach Yin deficiency and spleen and stomach cold P<0.05, phlegmy wet grinds, qi and blood stasis poison resistance,liver stomach discord and two virtual P>0.05.Conclusion : 1. The “deficiency syndrome” through gastric cancer before and after chemotherapy, but qi deficiency, Yin deficiency increased significantly after chemotherapy. 2. “the real – wet” after gastric cancer chemotherapy increased significantly. 3. The spleen deficiency, spleen and stomach gastric cancer chemotherapy prior to cold and damp and hot accumulate spleen is given priority to, after chemotherapy with damp and hot accumulate spleen, cold dampness trapped the spleen and stomach Yin deficiency. 4.
