The Clinical Studies Of Yiqihuoxuejiedu Method In Diffuse Heart Disease

Objective:To observe the professor Ding Shuwen use of Chinese Medicine yiqi huoxue jiedu method for the Efficacy and safety of treatment of Diffuse Heart Disease(Qi deficiency and blood stasis toxic heat syndrome).Methods: Choose the patients with the Diffuse Heart Disease(Qi deficiency and blood stasis toxic heat syndrome),were randomly divided into control group and treatment group and control group given conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group on the basis of routine therapy plus for reasons qi and detoxifying agent four weeks.Observe two groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral,the duration and severity of angina,UCG(LVEF), ECG(ST-T,T wave) laboratory examination indexes, etc.Results: After the completion of the test accord with a standard and total of 80 patients with complete information, test group 40 cases, control group 40 cases.Curative effect of TCM syndrome integral, the treatment group total effectiveness 92.5%, control group total effective rate 65%, by the chi-square test, comparing the two groups have significant difference(P < 0.01) in the two groups after treatment can effectively improve angina pectoris EF value ecg and blood index, the t test statistically difference(P < 0.01), and the treatment group was significantly better than control group, difference has statistical significance(P < 0.01 or 0.05).Conclusion: Method of yiqi huoxue jiedu debility blood stasis toxic heat diffuse lesions of coronary artery disease treatment has better clinical curative effect, can effectively improve the patient’s symptoms, improve patient’s quality of life.
