| Objective: Through the observation of clinical cases of chronic cholecystitis, to observe the Clinical curative effect of Dachaihu Decoction in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis.Methods: 60 cases of chronic cholecystitis were randomly divided into two groups(experimental group and control group), were given " Dachaihu Decoction " and "Xiaoyanlidan tablets" in treatment, 4 weeks as a course of treatment. By recording and observe the improvement in clinical symptoms, signs and gallbladder ultrasound, to evaluate the curative effect of Dachaihu Decoction on chronic cholecystitis.Results: 1. The experimental group the total efficiency is 96.67%, the control group total efficiency is 83.33%, compared to the two groups had significant difference(P < 0.01), the experimental group was better than control group. 2. Experimental group after treatment, syndrome integral and the ultrasonography were better than the control group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01)Conclusion: Dachaihu Decoction in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis, clinical curative effect, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, signs and the ultrasonography in patients with chronic cholecystitis. It is worth to popularize in the clinical application. |
