The Clinical Research Of Lidanhewei Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Cholecystitis

Objectives: The chronic cholecystitis is a common disease of Digestive system.Thereare many distinctive characters and advantages when we use traditional Chinese medical(TCM) science to cure the disease.According to the mentor for many years clinicalexperience of the treatment of chronic cholecystitis, drawing on modern medical researchto determine to sparse liver and gallbladder, and Heweijiangni treatment of chroniccholecystitis and principle.Based the the theoretical basis,this article we determined thestudy traditional Chinese medicine theory and clinical treatment of two aspects of theLidanhewei decoction treating chronic cholecystitis were studied, observed, and itsmechanism of action is analyzed.Methods: In terms of the strict standards of diagnosis、Inclusion criteria、exclusioncriteria and evaluation standard we will divide60Patients randomly into2groups.Eachgroup has30Patients and will be treated for2months.Conclusion:This study finally suggested Lidanhewei decoction can significantlyimprove clinical symptoms in Patients with chronic cholecystitis,signs,gallbladder B-,theclinical observation of efficacy of good,without any side effects and adverse reactions,withfurther development of the value.
