Clinical Study On The Therapy Of H.pylori Correlation Gastritis By Flavor Banxiaxiexin Decoction

Objective:This study makes observation of the clinical efficacy of the h.pylori correlation gastritis(epigastric fullness).The study compares flavor Banxiaxiexin Decoction with Triple therapy and Mosapride tablets in order to make clear the clinical curative effect of the symptoms.The study will provide the clinical evidence and literature basis to the future research,development and application of the medicines that treat the type of diease.Methods:60 cases of h.pylori correlation gastritis divided into two groups.One was the observing group:30 cases treated with flavor Banxiaxiexin Decoction,the other was the control group:30 cases treated with Triple therapy and Mosapride tablets.Course of treatment was half of a month.Contrast the index of two sets,such as the total effective rate,total accumulated points of symptoms,the improve of major clinical symptom and so on,as well as to make out the judgement.Results:The total curative effect of the observing group was 96.67%;the control group was 90.00%;the total curative effect had prominent difference(p<0.05),the observing group was superior to the control group.The observing group is superior to the control group in improving the curative effect and reducing the points of cardinal symptoms except the syndrome of acid regurgitation and dry throat with a bitter taste,two remarkable differences exist(p<0.05).But in Hp clearance there is no difference(p<0.05).The end of treatment were followed up for 3 months to observe the relapse rate was 24%,control group,the relapse rate was 59.1%,the two groups was statistically significant difference in relapse rate(p<0.05),observe the long term efficacy than the control group.These two groups had no obvious influence in blood,urine,evacuation of bowels,function of liver and kindney.Conclusion:The curative effect of flavor Banxiaxiexin Decoction is superior to the control group.
