Objective:To investigate the protective fuction of Banxiaxiexin Decoction and its composing medicines to the contents of Interferon-γ(IFN-γ) in blood serum and Secretion Type Immunoglobulin A(SIgA) in gastric mucous membrane on Helicobacter pylori(Hp) associated gastritis in mice,compare the rehabilitative effects of Banxiaxiexin Decoction and its composing medicine on the gastric mucous membrane,explore the mechanism of protection and rehabilitation on the gastric mucous membrane induced by Hp,and then provide the experiment evidence for the clinic on the preventing and curing gastric disease induced by Hp.Method:Mice were randomly divided into control group and model group.The model was prepared by injecting Hp to gastric among mice and treated by injecting drugs to gastric.After treated,mice were executed by heart blooding.The stomach and serum were saved.The gastric wer embeded,sliced up and dyed by HE.Observe the gastric changed on conformation and detect the contents of IFN-γin blood serum and SIgA in gastric mucous membrane.Results:1.The infammation soakage in gastric of model group were significantly increased compared with vacuity control group(P<0.01). The expression of soakage in Banxiaxiexin Decoction group,bitter flaver and cold nature plus sweet flaver and warm nature group,positive control group,bitter flaver and cold nature group,Pinellia tuber plus bitter flaver and cold nature group was markedly decreased compared with model group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).2.The content of IFN-γin serum was significantly enhanced in medol group(P<0.01).The content of IFN-γin Banxiaxiexin Decoction group, Pungent flaver and warm nature group,sweet flaver and warm nature group,bitter flaver and cold nature group was reduced remarkably when compared with that in model group(p<0.01).3.The expression of SIgA in model was markedly increased(P<0.01). The expression of SIgA in Banxiaxiexin Decoction group,bitter flaver and cold nature group was decreased significantly compared with that in model group(P<0.01),sweet flaver and warm nature group was decreased in certain degree compared with that in model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Banxiaxiexin Decoction treatment mechanism to Hp associated gastritis in mice,may be related with reduce the injure gastric mucous membrane by inflammation germ cell,repair the injury of the gastric organization,reduce the content of IFN-γin blood serum and SIgA in gastric mucous membrane.
