And with the changement of modern life and increasing of working press, more people see the doctor because of chronic gastritis. The course of the disease is long and repeated easily, talk from the TCM, it can easily become the combo of deficiency and abundance or cold-heat. Modern medicine mostly takes the treatment according to the symptoms, but the effect is not so good. So it affects the patients' work and life seriously. Banxiaxiexin soup coming from the old book of 《Shang Han Talking》 have the unique advantage of treating this kind of disease. It starts from the whole and dialectic concept and effectively solve these patients' problems. This medicine is used widely in medical clinic. So it has great significance to explore this drug' s effect in treating the felling of fullness.Object: Discuss the improved clinic symptoms of fullness combing cold and heat treated by Banxiaxiexin soup.Participants: 68 continuous cases who saw the doctor to Guangdong Provincial Hospital of TCM and suffered from the feeling of fullness and were diagnosed with chronic gastritis.Methods: According to Chronic Gastritis Diagnosis Criteria published by the digestant meeting of the country' s china and western medicine, and cold-heat Syndrome Diagnosis Criteria of fullness published on a traditional Chinese Medicine new drug clinical research instruction doctrine, we selected 68 cases and divided them into two groups casually. The treat group was treated with Banxiaxiexin soup, one dose every day, while the contra group was treated with mosapride citrade tablet, 5mg, tid. According to every patient* s symptoms we make records and gave them the relevant point, and then put the date into the computer, deal with them by spss 11.0 to analyse, and compare the symptoms' improvement of the two groups and draw the conclusion.Results: After treating by different drugs, two groups' points of clinical symptoms are descended compared to before. While compared the two groups' total points of clinical symptoms after theraping, the results show that the treat group' s points are obviously lower than the contra group after statistical analyse (p<0. 05). The treat group' s total efficience is 91.8% , which has a significant improvement compared to contra group' s (70.9%) in statistical aspect.Conclusions: Banxiaxiexin soup has an significant advantage on treating the fullness especially in improve the clinic symptoms compared to the contra group using western medicine. That shows that TCM has unique advantage in treating chronic spleen-gastrica diseases. So this medicine worths using widely in medical clinic fields.
