| Objective:On "Qingwei party" empirical treatment of HP-related gastritis conducted a systematic clinical observation, Clinical analysis of hope to explore its therapeutic mechanism, Alone with curative effect of Chinese medicine for the role of the shortcomings of Pianman,1 ntegrative Medicine to explore the clinical use of the exact means of treatment efficacy。Data:All cases were from Jiangsu Province Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western from May 2009 to February 2010 patients, According to the principle of matching test were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group,30 cases of 30 patients。Treatment group 15 males and 15 females, control group 13 males and 17 females; treatment group, aged 33-61 years, control group aged 28-67 years; treatment group, the maximum duration of 18 months, minimum 2 months the control group up to 20 months duration, the shortest 1 month.Methods:The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group, two groups in gender, age, duration and so there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Western medicine treatment group received HP eradication after triple oral therapy of Chinese medicine decoction Qingwei side, one day, namely the morning and evening two oral; control group was only western group, after taking the triple eradication of HP in patients with disease according to the needs of selective to esomeprazole, aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets or mosapride citrate.1 month as a course.1 month after drug withdrawal review HPResults:Integrated Treatment of HP-associated gastritis compared with western medicine, for HP eradication rate, the total efficiency, the two groups no significant difference, (P> 0.05), and in improving individual symptoms such as bloating, belching, emotional depression on Integrative Medicine has a significant advantage (P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated Treatment of HP-related gastritis symptoms for some good positive effect.
