Clinical Study Of Yishen Qingreantai Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Heat Type Of Early Threatened Abortion

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Yishen qingreantai Party in treating early threatened abortion, and to explore its mechanism of action.Methods: In 60 patients with kidney deficiency and blood heat type of early threatened abortion patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 30 cases, the treatment group treated with Yishen qingreantai party of Shandong famous TCM Professor Ye Qing created combined with progesterone treatment, the control group using Gushen Antai pill combined with progesterone treatment. 4 weeks as a course of treatment, two groups were observed in clinical symptoms, serum E2, P, β-HCG, CA125 level, B ultrasound monitoring.Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%, the control group the total effective rate was 70%, two groups had significant difference(P<0.05); the two groups after treatment in the clinical symptoms, the observation indexes were significantly improved, there was significant difference compared with before treatment(P<0.05), The two group after treatment, serum CA125 levels were decreased, there was significant difference compared with before treatment(P<0.05); the serum CA125 level of success and decreased after treatment, compared with before treatment there was a significant difference(P<0.01);after treatment the serum level of CA125 was significantly higher than that of tocolysis Baotai losers the successful person, there was significant difference between two groups(P < 0.01).Conelusions: 1.Yishen qingreantai decoction combined with progesterone can significantly improve the kidney deficiency and blood heat type of early threatenedabortion patients clinical symptoms, increase serum E2, P, β-HCG level, decrease the CA125 level in serum. 2.The serum CA125 level has certain reference value to predict the disease outcome.
