The Clinical Study On Curative Effects Of Blood Stasis Upon Kidney-deficiency Threatened Abortion By "Dingtongzhixueantaifang"

Objective:To observe the changes of stasis indicators and the efficacy mechanism in theating blood stasis upon kidney-deficiency threatened abortion by "dingtongzhixueantaifang".Methods:57patients coming from Xiamen hospital of TCM were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into two groups randomly.28patients were served as traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) group treated by"dingtongzhixueantaifang",the other29cases were served as western medicine(WM) group treated by"Dydrogesterone".To observe the symptom and to regularly test serum β-HCG,progesterone,PAI-1,and to observe the fetal development with ultrasonography.Results:1.After treatment,vaginal bleeding duration have obvious disparity(P<0.05).2. Integral of TCM symptoms before and after treating in the both two groups are significant different(P<0.05),and the two groups have significant difference in the changes of Integral of TCM symptoms(P <0.05).3. There are significant difference in the serum β-HCG levels before and after treating in the both two groups(P<0.01). After treating,the serum β3-HCG levels of the two groups have no obvious disparity(P>0.05).4. There are no significant different in the serum progesterone levels before and after treating in the both two groups(P>0.05). After treating,the serum progesterone levels of the two groups have no obvious disparity(P>0.05).5. There are significant difference in the PAI-1activity before and after treating in the both two groups(P>0.05),and the difference of the TCM group is more significant(P<0.01).6.There is no significant difference in the overall efficacy of the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1."dongtongzhixueantaifang"can relieve clinical symptom of patients more than WM group.2."dongtongzhixueantaifang"can significantly lower PAI-1activity and improve the status of the patient’s blood stasis.3.The TCM group using "dongtongzhixueantaifang" showed similar efficacy in theating blood stasis upon kidney-deficiency threatened abortion with the WM group. TCM group which can be used safely have precise efficacy.It provide a clinical basis for the method which is promoting blood circulation for treating threatened abortion.
