Clinical Curative Effect Research Of The Ditan Tongfu Method On The Stroke Patients Of Heat Phlegm Fu-organ Syndrome At Its Acute Stage

Objective: This study is done to observe clinical curative effect of the method of Ditan Tongfu on the acute phase of stroke, and assess its applied foreground, evaluate the clinical application value, and discussed the mechanism of action.Methods: Using control studies met the inclusion criteria of 60 cases of patients with acute stroke empirical phlegm organs, were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases, the use of conventional Western medicine plus Self tongfu Ditan soup recipe on) and control group(30 example, the use of conventional Western medicine, according to the condition given enema anus symptomatic treatment). Both groups were treated for 14 days, using the degree of neurological deficit scores before and after treatment were observed changes in the standard score of TCM syndrome, constipation symptom scores and other indicators, and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups. SPASS19.0 data using statistical analysis software package.Results: Hospitalized for 14 days in the treatment group and the control group in neurological deficit scores, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, constipation, etc. were improved symptom scores. Scores before and after treatment were statistically significant(P <0.05), shows that the two groups of organs empirical treatment of acute stroke phlegm have a certain effect. On the efficacy of neurological recovery, the total efficiency of the treatment group 96.67% in the control group, the total efficiency of 90.00% in the treatment group than the control group(P <0.05). Effect on the symptoms of constipation, the total efficiency of 96.67% in treatment group and control group was 66.67%, the treatment group than the control group(P <0.05). Treatment group in improving hemiplegia, mouth askew, hypoesthesia, phlegm, then dry constipation, have an advantage on the dull red and other symptoms.
