Clinical Curative Effect Research Of The Tongfu Vent Cloud Method On The Stroke Patients Of Heat Phlegm Fu-organ Syndrome At Its Acute Stage

Objective:This study is done to observe clinical curative effect of the method of Tong fu vent cloud on the acute phase of stroke, and assess its applied foreground. In order to provide new ideas and effective therapy of Treating the acute stage of stroke with Chinese herbs.Method:This is a retrospective case-control study,60cases of acute stroke patients of heat phlegm fu-organ syndrome which meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. Control group:only basic treatment, and in accordance with the condition may be given enema anus symptomatic treatment; Treatment group:Not only apply the basic treatment, but also give Tongfu venting cloud treatment, to use flavored XinglouChengQi decoction. To observe nerve function deficit score (NIHSS), changes in activities of daily living (BI index),stroke TCM syndrome integral sign, and other indicators, then fill in a case observed SPSS17.0statistical software for data entry, data statistics and analysis.Result:After two weeks treatment, two groups of patients in the TCM syndrome score, neurologic impairment score and the BI index were improved in some degree, the two groups compare their before and after treatment were siginficant different (p<0.01). It shows the two groups are useful on the threatment of acute stroke. But the treatment group was superior to the control group through statistics analysis (p<0.05) in neurologic impairment score and the BI index. but it have no significant difference in the TCM syndrome score (p>0.05). The various symptoms and signs were comparable between groups, the treatment group in improving hemiplegia, mouth skewed, hypoesthesia, phlegm, dry stool or constipation, tongue dark project has the advantage, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05)Conclusion:The method of TongFu vent cloud can decline the score of nervous function defect on the stroke patients at its acute stage, and compared with control group have statistically difference. TongFu Turbid have the trend to improve patients’ ability of live. In the cases of the observation period it reduced the TCM symptom score in some degree; and Therefore, we believe that the early use of the TongFu vent cloud method can significantly promote the neurological recovery of patients at acute phase of stroke and will also play an active treatment with long-term functional recovery. And thus the acute phase of stroke application of TongFu vent cloud treatment is worth to further promote the use in clinical care.
