| Objective:To explore the stasis capsule with pedicle screw fixation system clinical efficacy of the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures. Methods: meet the diagnostic criteria of thoracolumbar fractures and surgical indications in patients with 60 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group 30 cases. The experimental group stasis capsule with pedicle screw system for the treatment and control group using a simple pedicle screw system for treatment, clinical symptoms, vertebral compression ratio, Cobb angle, early postoperative recovery of preoperative symptoms and fracture healing time as an indicator of changes in the observed clinical efficacy of blood circulation capsule with pedicle screw system. Results: The experimental group and control group before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms were significantly improved, vertebral compression rate and Cobb angle in the experimental group and the control group, no significant difference(P> 0.05); early postoperative recovery of patients with symptoms of the experimental group were excellent in the control group, and the healing time was significantly shorter than the control group, with statistical significance(P <0.05). Conclusion:stasis capsule with pedicle screw system for treatment of vertebral compression fractures, vertebral compression ratio can not be improved and Cobb angle anatomical data, when it can be effective in promoting bone formation, improve clinical symptoms, help to resume early clinical symptoms of patients, shorten the healing time of patients, improve surgical efficacy, thereby improving the quality of life of patients and improve prognosis. |
