Clinical Observation On The Desensitization Treatment Of Graves’ Disease With Fufangjiakang Tablets

Objective:A retrospective analysis for 95 cases of skin allergies ATD Graves ’Disease cases were analyzed, and to investigate factors leading to Graves ATD patients allergic to the skin; explore safe and effective method of desensitization therapy Fufangjiakang piece of Graves’ disease; analysis of the efficacy of Desensitization Fufangjiakang piece of skin allergies in patients with ATD and therapy of Graves’ disease, improve clinical drug treatment of hyperthyroidism reliability and security. Methods: Patients allergic to ATD in clinical and diagnostic criteria of Graves’ disease,in line with standard TCM QiYinLiang Xu type of Graves’ disease,consistent with TCM standards of QiYinLiangXu and XueXu type of drug toxicity rash; according to different methods of Desensitization, patients were divided into three groups, each group 4 weeks for a course of treatment, were observed in two courses;changes and clinical symptoms of hyperthyroidism and thyroid function parameters were observed three groups of patients with the treatment of skin allergies change, and the use of statistical methods chi-square test, analysis of variance and other statistical analysis. Results:General data analysis showed that patients with allergies to their gender, age, previous history of allergies, medication type, dosage and administration time is closely related; by desensitizing efficacy analysis, we can see improvement in allergy symptoms most obvious group A1, safe and effective desensitization method is feasible; TCM clinical efficacy through analysis, although the three treatment regimens can improve symptoms and signs of hyperthyroidism, but the effect of A1 is more superior than the other two groups, the most significant improvement in overall symptoms of more therapeutic clinical significance; through clinical laboratory parameters efficacy analysis, we can see changes in A2 group four weeks after treatment the most significant group B after eight weeks of treatment the most obvious change, but the trend in the development of hypothyroidism, Graves patients for allergies, A1 is the best treatment. In addition, from eight weeks of the course of treatment of hyperthyroidism recovery of the disease, the patient can be speculated that the relatively short ATD Graves ill allergic and non-allergic treatment course compared to the therapeutic dose required is relatively small, as a result of research data and course of limitations, can not the system statistics, needs further research and analysis. Conclusion:1. The patient’s age, the dose of sex, species and drug allergies, and drug use is closely associated with the eruption of the time;2.Fufangjiakang tablet on QiYinLiangXu type of Graves’ disease, have a good effect, but also effective in the treatment of gas deficiency and blood heat rash of drug toxicity;3. Fufangjiakang starting a piece, plus one every five days, effective and feasible in clinical desensitization treatment of Graves’ disease;4. Graves ATD allergic patients, therapeutic doses required is relatively small, relatively short course of treatment need, when you need to give rise to clinical use of medication taken to avoid the occurrence of drug-induced hypothyroidism.
