| [Objective] Allergy skin disease is a kind of comparatively common disease in skin diseases. I, II, III, IV type allergy may cause it, but I type allergy skin disease is more than others. The cause of I type allergy skin disease is complex. On the clinic western medicine antihistamine and the treatment just right for the symptom are to be given . The acute or serious illness are often given the cerebral cortex steroid hormone.Antihistamine phial bottle cannot prevent the histamine releasing, only competing with histamine receptor spot of the effect cell. The function is transient .Cerebral cortex steroid hormone immunity inhibitory action is deficient of selectivity. It not only suppresses the unusual immunity hyperfunction, but also suppresses the normal immunity function.It has the serious poisonous side effect. The traditional Chinese medicine has superiority in treating allergy venereal diseases. On one hand , it can displaying the dialectical theory of Chinese medicine. On the other hand, antiallergy effective components are multilinks, multiways of antiallergy which are separated from the traditional Chinese medicine. Tuominle is the proven prescription. It has the function of yiqigubiao, qingrezaoshi, yangxuehuoxue, qufengzhiyang. The curative effect is remarkable in treating skin diseases which cause by I type allergy . On the base of the effective clinical treatment, to confirm that tuominle can suppress I type allergy and discusses its action mechanism through researching the influence to adipose cell . It will provide the theory basis for treatment of allergy skin disease by Chinese medicine.[Methods] This subject adopt the rats homogeneous passive cutaneous allergic reaction experiment and the rats skull periosteum adipose cell escape the pellet law to observe that Chinese medicine tuominle act to adipose cell. (1) Rat homogeneous passive cutaneous allergic reaction experiment (PCA) : Take 5 healthy rats about 200g and inject 5% ovalbumin physiological saline solution 0.5ml by intramuscular injection in hind leg two sides. Then injection whooping cough vaccine 2×1010 through abdominal cavity each rat. After 12 days, behead rats and draw blood and gentrifugalism at low speed. Separate the blood serum and set it at the refrigerator spare. Take 40 rats in addition and stochastically divide into 5 groups, 8 in each group, the contrast group, terfenadine group, tuominle low dosage group, tuominle middle dosage group, tuominle high dosage group. Give medicine 1 time especially every day, and give medicine for 7 days continuously. After 5 days for the medicine give rats light anaesthesia with the ether , cut off fur apart from backbone 1.5cm place in the rats back center, cut 3 points each side , each spot alternate by 2cm. Take ut the above antiovalbumin blood serum and add the hysiologicalsaline of 1:4 dilution. Inject antiserum physiological saline 0.1ml each point . After 1 hour on the last time carries on the antigen attack at the rats, namely inject 0. 5% Evans blue solution lml which contains egg white lmg in tail vein . After 30 minutes beheads executes the animals, separate the back skin, cut skin slice of blue patch, cut and break to pieces, add the acetone physiological saline (7:3) intermixture 5ml and lay aside at the shady place. Jog 2-3 times daily. After 24 hours, intermixture is centrifuged by 2000rpm about 10 minutes. Examination the serum to determine the 0D value in 610nm place . Compare the medicine group and with the contrast group , and calculates the suppression rate.
