| Object:Observation point injection back five acupoints in the clinical curative effect of treatment of perimenopausal depression,then studies back five point injection in the treatment of acupoints on the symptoms of the disease caused by the change of the possible role and inhernt mec hanism, provide reliable scien tific basis for scientfic reserch and clinical.Methods:Will come from hubei university of Chinese medicine affiliated national physician hall, traditional Chinese acupuncture and acupuncture combined Chinese and western medicine hospital in wuhan city, hubei province recruited from 76 patients with diagnosis stan dard.were randomly div ded into treatment group (acupunncture point injection group) and control group (fluoxetine treatment group),38 cases in treatment group using acupuncture point injection five acupoints, acupuncture point injection of compound angelica injection drug comb nation of vitamin B12 injecteion, add and subt ract with acupu ncture point accorading to the corrsponding symptoms. Strict control during acupuncture point injection depth and Angle,note that withdrawing,soft,after the injection of note cotton ball pressure, so as to avoeid accdents. Yu cave filiform needle acupuncture retaining needle 25 minutes every time, when the meantime line needle once every 10 minutes.1 day, three times a week,for a perod of treatament,the treatment after 3 course of treatment. Control is fluoxetine oral,20 mg, daily oral once in the morning,four weeaks for a period of treatmoent. After 3 period of treat meont, two groups of statestical comprison research. In two groups of age, co urse of the disease, illness and so on under the premise of basic coansistent baseline, by observing the two groups before and after treatment the clinical sympytoms improved and HAMD scoyres, Kupperman index (MI), serum estradiol (E2, FSH, follicle stim ulating hormone and so on sex hormone level changes, and changes of the serutm content of 5-HT, we asstessed the clinical curative effect.Results:After 3 period of treatment, the treatment group and control group total effective raete was 90.91%,80.65% respectively,compared stateistiycally difference between the two groups (P<0.05), and shew the efficiency of the treatyment group and control group were 54.54%,41.94%, also has significant statistical difference(P<0.05). After 3 courses of treatment,HAMD scores in the two groups were cared with before treat decreed significantly (P< 0.01), but here was no significant stastical diffeence between groups(P>0.05); MI index in treament group decreased com pared with the conrol group signifantly(P<0.01). In respect of speercific symeptoms improve,the two groups in terms of psychiatric sympetoms were im proved significantly(P<0.01), and between groups was no signifiecant statisatical differenyce(P>0.05);And somatic symptoms,improvement of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group(P<0.01). Sex hormone levels between the two groups after treatment compared with, the treaetment group increaesed seruem E2 levels meore obeviously than the controel group (P<0.05);In the eseerum FSH group comparison,only the treatment group had sinificantly lower (P<0.05).while the control group no significant statis tical difference(P>0.05).5-HT content in the two groups after treatment than before have increased significantly(P<0.05),is no statistical diffearence between groups(P> 0.05).Conclusions:1, the five zang-organs back acupoints, point injection in the treatment of perimenopausal depression, on clinical has exact curative effect. Form of perimenopausal depression symptoms improve.2, point injection back five zang-organs, acupoints can carry on the adjustment to the hormone levels in patients with. Mainly for the improvement of serum E2 level, serum FSH level lower.3, point injection back five zang-organs, acupoints can adjusted to the patient’s body single amine neurotransmitter. In 5-HT content increase.4, back five point injection treatment of perimenopausal depression acupoints can not only improve the mental symptoms, can also improve the body symptoms, the treatment is superior to the single on the breadth of antidepressant drugs... |
