Into 35 literature study, involving 2818 patients; 2. Literature research methodology quality evaluation is generally low, among them 1 point 2, 2 points of 33, 3 points 1, 4-7 points not; 3. The statistical examination in traditional Chinese medicine using frequency, of which the spleen explored drugs(atractylodes, dangshen, malaytea scurfpea fruit, poria cocos, astragalus root, dried ginger, evodia rutaecarpa, etc.); 4. The Meta analysis results: kidney and spleen of TCM treatment of remission in UC comprehensive curative effect, reduce adverse reactions, reduce the recurrence rate and improve the intestinal mucosal healing situation compared with western medicine treatment, has the obvious advantage(P < 0.05).Conclusion:This study confirmed the kidney and invigorating spleen method of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of remission in UC is superior to western medicine treatment, the objective evaluation for nearly 20 years in the kidney and invigorating spleen method of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of remission of UC, but because of this study include literature quality generally is not high, in the presence of publication bias, looking forward to the future to develop high quality high quality, large sample confirmed by the clinical trials, theory and practice for the development of traditional Chinese medicine to provide more support.
