Study On Bupiyichang Pill In The Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis

Objective: Evaluate the efficacy and safety of Bupiyichang pill in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,and lay the foundation for the application of ulcerative colitis Methods: Total of 118 cases of ulcerative colitis patients were selected in Weifang municipal hospital and Weifang City Second People’s Hospital from January 2015 to September 2016.The subjects should be conform to the Western medical diagnostic criteria: without a fever and the need for treatment of parenteral symptoms,and the lesions of the sigmoid colon or above.’Exclude the patienys with abounding type of fever referencing of TCM diagnostic criteria..All patients were randomly numbered 1-118 to the order of treatment,odd number for the treatment group,others as the control group.59 cases in group.5 amino acid were appleied in each group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Bupiyichang pill on the basis of acute symptoms(TCM syndrome score less than or equal to 2)treatment.2 months for 1 courses.Mucosal manifestations,ESR,C reactive protein,CD4,CD8 level and blood routine,liver function,renal function were observed after the treatment of 2 courses.The data were analyzed by SPSS15.0 professional statistical software.Results: Two groups in the index of baseline data,sex ratio,age,course of disease,TCM syndrome score had no statistically significant difference,(P > 0.05);the TCM syndrome curative effect: the treatment group was 91.53% higher than that of the control group 79.66%,it has significant difference,(P < 0.05);the erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein: C treatment before and after treatment group compared with erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C reactive protein were decreased,a statistically significant difference,(P < 0.05);comparison between groups after treatment,the treatment group than the control group,a statistically significant difference,(P < 0.05);and after treatment compared with before treatment group: the average CD4 level,significant differences in CD8 levels were an average;comparison between the two groups after treatment in treatment group than in control group.CD4,CD8 higher than the control group,a statistically significant difference,P <(0.05);the CD4,CD8 before and after treatment,changes in the value of numerical comparison: the treatment group than the control group,significant difference between groups,P < 0.05;the intestine Comparison of colonoscopy mucosal lesions curative effect: the total effective rate of treatment group was 83.05% higher than that of the control group 67.80%,a statistically significant difference,(P < 0.05);the safety evaluation: treatment in the treatment group had 3 cases of adverse reactions,the control group of 5 cases of adverse reactions,symptoms improved after symptomatic treatment.The two groups did not appear obvious blood routine,coagulation,heart,liver,kidney dysfunction.Conclusion: The effect of the Bupiyichang pill in the treatment of ulcerative colitis has achieved remarkable results.Its internal mechanism of treatment may be through regulate the body’s CD4 +,CD8 +,repair damaged ulcers,accelerate the cure of the disease.
