Clinical Study On Effect Of Treating Ulcerative Colitis In Acupuncturing By Strengthening The Spleen And Invigorating The Kidney

Objective:The experiment is aimed at providing meaningful research findings and reliable clinical basis to promote acupuncture treatment in clinical treatment of the spleen and kidney yang deficiency type ulcerative colitis.Via observing and evaluating the curative difference between acupuncturing by strengthening the spleen and invigorating the kidney with western medicine and simple western medicine in treating the type of the spleen and kidney yang deficiency ulcerative colitis,the experiment makes the curative effect of acupuncturing by strengthening the spleen and invigorating the kidney for the spleen and kidney yang deficiency type ulcerative colitis clear.Method:48patients with the spleen and kidney yang deficiency type ulcerative colitis randomly divided into treatment group (24cases) and control group (24cases) according to the western medicine clinical diagnostic criteria and the spleen and kidney yang deficiency type ulcerative colitis standards of TCM.The treatment group chooses the method of acupuncturing by strengthening the spleen and invigorating the kidney with the salad anal oxazine embolism, day at one time, at total of46days.While only the salad anal oxazine embolism is used in the control group, daily morning rises at one time, a pill at one time,46days in a row.The two groups use single-center randomized controlled clinical trials to observe the clinical curative effect for the spleen and kidney yang deficiency type ulcerative colitis.The patients should complete colonoscopy and pathologic examination before the treatment and after the fourth treatment, and the researcher sums the symptom changes of TCM and the inventory check at the same time.After the test, the test researcher do statistical processing by comparing the difference between the two groups data.Result:Compared with the control group, the treatment group has significant impacts on the curative effect for ulcerative colitis and activity of clinical remission rate and the effect of colonoscopy and pathologic examination and the curative effect of TCM syndrome (小于0.05) Conclusion:The clinical curative effect is clear which with the method of acupuncturing by strengthening the spleen and invigorating the kidney to treat the spleen and kidney yang deficiency type ulcerative colitis.And the acupuncturing by strengthening the spleen and invigorating the kidney has a good effect in the main symptoms of diarrhea, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, the improvements of the syndromes and mUCous membrane of the microscopic performance.
