A prospective comparison of anterior cruciate ligament anatomical reconstruction and the traditional reconstruction of postoperative clinical effect.Select 62 patients with the anterior cruciate rupture in our hospital.Divided randomly into two groups:anatomical reconstruction groups and control groups. Patiens of Anatomical reconstruction groups are given surgical treatment of arthroscopic single bundle anterior cruciate ligament anatomical reconstruction. Patiens of Anatomical control groups are given surgical treatment of arthroscopic single bundle anterior cruciate ligament traditional reconstruction. To compare and analyze the functions of knee after 6 to 15 months of operation respectively.Lysholm Scores of All the patients increased significantly after operation. But there’s significance different between two groups on these two scores of after operation, and there’s no significance different between two groups on these two scores of befor operation.Recent clinical curative effect of arthroscope anatomical reconstruction of ACL is better than of traditional reconstruction.
