Study On Principles Of Syndrome Differentiation Of Arrhythmia

Research purpose:Treatment based on syndrome differentiation is the essence of traditional Chinese medicine.To obtain a better clinical effect,the key to treatment lies in the accurate differentiation which is the premise.Currently,there are still some deficiencies in TCM syndrome differentiation of arrhythmia.For instance,there aren't unified objective syndrome differentiation standards,and many doctors diagnose on the basis of their own clinical experience.Also there are different opinions on the treatment of arrhythmia syndrome differentiation.Due to the differences,there are no standard objective dialectical standards.Based on Professor Chengyu Wu's "Theory of viscera",an in-depth research on the name,etiology,pathogenesis,location and classification of arrhythmia in TCM was conducted,and then statistical methods such as epidemiological investigation method,cluster analysis,and principal component analysis were applied in this paper to sum up the disease and basic syndromes of arrhythmia,and the combination law of complex syndromes and standardize the TCM syndrome differentiation of arrhythmia.Research significance:Guided by holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine,"Theory of viscera" takes the five viscera organs as the core of disease position,combined with disease nature to confirm diagnosis.Reflecting the basic characteristics of disease "syndrome" by standard principle,it has both diagnostic principles and flexibility.TCM disease name,etiology and pathogenesis of arrhythmia of previous literature were sorted out in this paper.Based on the diagnostic ideas of differentiating the disease first,and combination of differentiation and diagnosis,syndrome differentiation system and combination law of five viscera organs system were applied in arrhythmia to construct a new mode of dialectical thinking on syndrome differentiation of arrhythmia,make TCM differentiation of arrhythmia more standardized and easy to master and guide clinical practice.Research methods:Previous literature in various dynasties were sorted out firstly to sum up TCM disease name,etiology and pathogenesis,position,disease nature,and pulse feature of arrhythmia.Retrospective epidemiological investigation and research methods were used,and 310 cases of arrhythmia were collected.Frequency statistical analysis,cluster analysis and principal component analysis were carried out on the disease symptom,position,and nature to constructing the "Diagnostic Information Table of Arrhythmia",summarize the basic syndromes of arrhythmia,the combination principle,law of complex syndromes,and standardize the diagnosis of arrhythmia.Research results:I have known that arrhythmia is often called "palpitation" in Chinese medicine by sorting out the various literature.The causes of arrhythmias are exogenous pathogens,qi weakness,emotion,diet,etc.The main position of the disease is located in the heart,and closely related to lung,spleen,liver,and kidney.The basis syndrome of "deficiency of Qi and Yin,and blood stasis blocking heart" is obtained based on the analysis of 310 cases of arrhythmia.The comprehensive syndrome of arrhythmias was put forward on the basis of distribution characteristics of disease position and nature to make TCM syndrome differentiation of arrhythmia more standardized and rigorous.
