The Needle Sense Of Huantiao Point Affects The Immediate Effect In LDH With Leg Pain

Objective:Acupuncture huantiao point lead to treatment of LDH and sciatica, there will be two kind of needle feeling after acupuncturing huantiao point, discharge needle feeling and the sample discharge needle felling, divided into two groups according to the needle feelings, Comparing the difference between the two groups of curative effect.Methods:① This research finished in jiangsu province hospital of acupuncture office, continued from March 2013 to March 2013.Refer to the "Standard of disease syndrome diagnostic efficacy of TCM", To evaluate patients who is suffered from Lumbar disc caused sciatica.And by standard of incorporating, elimination, excluding,100 cases were collected. To evaluate patients through the "JOA rating scale" before treatment.Using "VAS scales" evaluating each pain part of the patients, using the "scale" to assess their functional activities. ② Find huantiao point according to the "international standard acupuncture acupoints in positioning" and acupuncture the huantiao hole single cavity.After the acupuncture needle feeling and retaining needle for 10 minutes, pull out the needle. Evaluating immediately after a single treatment.③ evaluation symptom of the 100 patients after the treatment:Choose "VAS scale" to evaluate each part pain in patients, and "Scale" for its function activities, "Safety evaluation" and "compliance" assessment is alse nessesury. ④ Using T test to statistic measurement data, and by chi-square test to counting data, SPSS 17.0 statistical software help. Results:① Acupuncture the huantiao point, discharge needle feeling and the sample discharge needle felling will come out after the needling, according to this, dividing 100 patients into two groups.② Compare age, gender, prior treatment" JOA rating scale", symptom scores of the two groups, It is concluded that their baseline consistent, and is comparable.③ Record the score of 100 patients before treatment and after treatment, We found that, Grading reduced after treatment, the differences were significantly in statistic(P<0.05).④ Low back pain, pain by tenderness, leg pain, waist feeling obstacle, tendon reflex, the straight leg-raising test and muscle strength, can be the main symptoms of LDP. Record the score of 100 patients before the treatment and after the treatment, We found that, these symptoms’scores reduced after treatment, the reduces were were significantly in statistic (P< 0.05).⑤ Record the score of two groups before treatment and after treatment, We found that, the score of two groups both reduced after treatment, the reduces were were significantly in statistic (P< 0.05).⑥ Compare the curative effect of two groups, treatment effect of discharge needle sense group is better than that of the sample discharge needle sense group (P< 0.05).⑦ Compared all symptoms of two groups were, improvement of the symptoms in discharge needle sense group, rank them from high to low:Leg pain, waist pain, tender pain, the straight leg-raising test, feeling obstacle, There is no obvious improvement in tendon reflex and muscle strength (P>0.05).Improvement of the symptoms in sample discharge needle sense group, rank them from high to low:Leg pain, pressure pain, waist pain, the straight leg-raising test, muscle, there is no obvious improvement in tendon reflex tendon, feeling obstacle (P>0.05).⑧ Compared all symptoms of two groups, The improvement discharge needle sense group’s Low back pain, pain by tenderness, leg pain, is better than that of the sample discharge needle group. There is no obvious improvement in waist feeling obstacle tendon reflex the straight leg-raising test and muscle strength (P>0.05).⑨ Compliance is good in patients, It can be accepted easily.So it is easy to implement huantiao acupoint in clinical acupuncture treatment.Conclusion:There is curative effect for huantiao point’ streatment of LDH and sciatica, and can match up with waist and leg points.After treatment, the scores of two groups both reduced, and treatment effect of discharge needle sense group is better than the sample discharge needle sense group.The improvement discharge needle sense group’s Low back pain, pain by tenderness, leg pain, is better than that of the sample discharge needle group. There is no obvious improvement in waist feeling obstacle tendon reflex the straight leg-raising test and muscle strength.
