Objective: The retrospective study of different implant systems minimally invasive techniques circumcision short-term clinical results, in order to seek the most appropriate technology for minimally invasive circumcision cropping systems, to provide patients with a simple、comfortable treatment and for clinicians operation provides safe and effective experience.Material and methods: A total of 245 patients with 290 implants implanted in minimally invasive tissue punch way in yan tai stomatological hospital implanting center from January 2012 to January 2014.Choose one of the 185 patients, including95 cases of male patients, female patients 90 patients, 26-55 years old, average age41.3 ± 2.6 years old, implant system include: Swiss Straumann implant system, Korea Dentium implant system, Sweden Noble Replace implant system, Switzerland SPI implant system. Implants are made of non-healing way submerged superstructure repair using a single screw-retained crown fixed restoration, linked crown, fixed bridge, were followed up for 12 months, respectively, after that day, three months, six months, 12 months to observe and record the index of correlation, including: implant success rate, implant stability, marginal bone resorption, papilla height, depth and improved probe probe bleeding index and other indicators. get data into SPSS for analysis comparing different implant systems using minimally invasive surgical effect of differences between circumcision. P <0.05 statistically significant.Result:1. Implanted in 12 months, Nobel Replace implant system with 3 implant failure,the SPI planting system with 2 implant failure, the implant success rate was97.7%.2.The day Straumann implanted, the primary stability is significantly higher than other three implant system, statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). Implant implantation after 3 months, the planting system stability increased, Straumann implant system stability slightly higher than the other three implanting system, but no statistically significant difference(p > 0.05).3.Implanted in 12 months, the marginal bone boss is rising, different implant system in different time section of marginal bone resorption is also not the same,within 3 months of implant implantation, Straumann, Dentium, SPI bone absorption is less, were 0.46±0.11 mm, 0.47±0.13 mm, 0.49±0.16 mm, any two groups had no statistical difference(p > 0.05), the Nobel Replace bone resorption was 0.74±0.12 mm, compared with the other three groups, the difference statistically significant(p < 0.05). Implant for six months, the bone absorption rate slows, Straumann, Dentium, SPI, Nobel Replace planting system marginal bone resorption were 0.82±0.20 mm, 0.93±0.17 mm, 0.95±0.22 mm, 0.98±0.31 mm, any difference in the two groups was not statistically significant. Implants implanted in 9 and 12 months, the bone resorption are reaching a stable state, and 12 months after implantation Straumann, Dentium, Nobel Replace total bone resorption, SPI cropping systems were 1.03 ±0.21 mm, 1.11±0.11 mm, 0.11±0.27 mm, 1.09±0.18 mm, there was no statistically significant difference between groups.4.Four kinds of implant system restoration by 6 months,probing depth increases gradually, when 3 months,each implant system probing depth is slightly higher than that of natural teeth, no statistically significant difference. In 6 months,the implant system probing depth is significantly higher than the natural teeth, and the difference is statistically significant. In 9 months, when the implant system probing depth decreased, but still higher than that of natural teeth, statistically significant differences, including Straumann implant system,SPI implant system probing depth(2.11±0.38, 0.38±0.24) are slightly lower than in the Dentium implant system and Nobel Replace implant system(2.27±0.47、2.38±0.32).5.After 3 months implant restoration, papilla height of each implant system werelower than that of natural teeth, statistically significant difference(P < 0.05), after6, 9 months, papilla height increase gradually, but still lower than that of natural teeth, no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05), and restoration of 9 months,Straumann implant system, SPI implant papilla index(2.45±0.34, 0.34±0.31) are slightly higher than the Dentium implant system and Nobel Replace implant system(2.28±0.24、2.26±0.21)。6.After 3, 6 months the four implant system, m BI is increasing and higher than natural teeth, but no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05), 9 months, four implant system m BI significantly higher than that of natural teeth, statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1. The four kinds of implant system by invasive circumcision techniques can achieve a higher implant success rate and clinical results.2. Soft tissue implant system in hard and soft tissues around the implant stability is superior to bone level implant system.3. Soft tissue level system and bone levels system preserving hard tissues stability around the implant has no obvious difference.4. Compared with natural periodontal tissue, implant soft tissue is more susceptible to inflammation.
