| Objective:Through the clinical data collection, observation of Modified Taohe Chengqi Decoction on the efficacy and safety of the treatment of calcaneal fracture of limb swelling after trauma and the prevention of Calcaneal Fractures Postoperative Incision of skin necrosis, evaluation of Modified Taohe Chengqi Decoction can effectively alleviate the injury of limb swelling, to shorten the operation time after injury and decrease postoperative incisional wound skin necrosis rate, provide the basis for clinical.Methods:97 cases (102 feet) of calcaneal fractures open reduction and internal fixation treatment was collected in August 2009 to August 2013 in Wujiang District Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, all experiment according to medical care conditions and they were divided into two groups, the treatment group after admission combined use of Sodium Aescinate for Injection and Taohe Chengqi Decoction to incision skin necrosis and prevention oi postoperative swelling,, control group separately Sodium Aescinate for Injection, compare efficacy of sex ratio, age, and the fracture types between the two groups had no statistical difference (p> 0.05). Patients were followed for one year after injury, by comparing the swelling subsided speed, injury time and postoperative to surgery and the preoperative and postoperative Border’s and Gissane’s angle, postoperative fracture, incision healing time, postoperative incision complication rates and Maryland foot Score criteria between groups.Results:Postoperative follow-up,93 patients a year on average (1411±2.10) months follow-up, two groups of cases imaging tracking no don’t heal. The treatment group after injury to first skin fold time (i.e. the time from injury to operation) average (5.10+0.22) d, the mean of the control group (6.89+0.38) d, the two groups had statistical significance compared to surgery after injury time difference (P< 0.05).Treatment group skin necrosis in 4 cases, infection of incision, 1 case, no deep infection, skin necrosis rate was 8.16%,, the control skin necrosis in 7 cases, incision infection in 2 cases, skin necrosis rate was 14.58%, Two groups of skin necrosis rate has no obvious statistical difference (P> 0.05). Border’s angle:the treatment group average was 7.28±3.09° preoperatively and postoperatively with a mean of 32.19±1.86°;The control preoperative average was 7.49±2.81°, postoperative average was 31.88±1.56°.Gissane’s angl the treatment group preoperative average was 82.13±1.89°, postoperative average was 130.68 ±1.49°;Control group average was 81.47 ±2.01° preoperatively, postoperative average was 131.65±1.03 °. The excellent and good rate of two groups:the treatment group 18 cases were excellent, good in 21 cases, fair in 5 cases, poor in 3 cases, the excellent and good rate was 83.0%; the control group 16 cases were excellent, good in 22 cases, fair in 4 cases, poor in 4 cases, the excellent and good rate was 82.6%..Two groups in postoperative Bohler’s angle, Gissane’s angle and the function was no significant statistical difference (p> 0.05).Conclusion:The two groups in postoperative Bohler’s angle, Gissane’s angle, the incidence rate of skin necrosis of the incision and the function has no significant statistical difference (p> 0.05). at the same time, the two group after injury, swelling to subside velocity and the time from injury to operation statistically significant (P< 0.05). Description Modified Taohe Chengqi Decoction can obviously promote the operation time to subside after fracture of calcaneus and shorten the injured limb swelling after trauma. |
