Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Acne Vulgar Is Treated With Oraling Clarithromycin And Coating Diandao Pulvis

Acne is a chronic inflammatory disease.It happens on face,chest,black.In some patients due to improper condition or treantment,in particular,acne without timely treatment. With the development of society,we should evaluate its efficacy and safety and provide a new way for acne treantment.Problems found in time and to provide certain scientific basis for decision making.Method:In under the guidance of Professor Zhang Huailiang of the skin disease hospital,Chinese academy of medical science,Choose from the Jintan hospital of Chinese medicine of clinic in 80 cases (Chinese clinical acupuncture,2010,section 16 of the lth chapter)of type i-iv level in patient with acne,cases were randomly assigned to treantment group and control group,each group including 50patients.Treantment group for oral Clarithromycin and Coating Diandao pulvis in night,1 course of treatment for 6 weeks, we can establish a database based on SPSS 16.0 statistical analysis. In treatment group and control group in the two groups of patients with acne treatment effect analysis and comparison, analysis of the two different treatments of the difference between treatment effect.Result:The acne gender,age,disease progression and severity of two groups of patients had no statistical differences (P> 0.05).After the treatment, acute group total effective rate 95% percent,against the total effective 77.5%percent.The rank sum test,statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Thus, the use of two kinds of oral clarithromycin with reverse spread lotion topical treatment to the unusual sexual effect for treatment of acne treatment is better than simply taking oral clarithromycin treatment effect of the control group.Conclusion:Treatment group adopted by oral clarithromycin joint inversion are scattered lotion coated in treatment of common acne can obtain obvious treatment effect, curative effect, and is safe, has high efficiency and maneuverability,Acne patients can use this way to cute acne.With the fast onset time,shortcourses,and the high remission rate,you can obtain a satisfactory outcome and no the apparent occurrence of adverse reaction.
