Objective To Analysis The Therapeutic Effect Of Chaihu Xixin Decoction (CXD) On Patients’ Headache With Concussion

Post traumatic brain syndrome (PTBS) is the damage from the finger after many subjective symptoms. Especially, the most common brain concussion,this kind of patient is mild or moderate closed head injury, after injury generally recovered well, but headaches, dizziness and some degree of different plant nerve dysfunction (tinnitus, heart palpitations, blood pressure fluctuations, sweat, decreased sexual function, etc), and the attention and lax, memory loss, moody easy exciting performance, etc. At present a unified view that is in mild organic brain damage, under the premise of plus patients factors and social factors common body and mind to.Objective:This test investigate a large of documents, concluding cognition on etiology and pathology and treatment and prevention of PTBS in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Modern Medicine. Especially for the cerebral concussion patients leaving headaches were summarized and the research to the left, concussion headache formulated Chaihu Xixin decoction combined with routine western medicine treatment scheme and summarize the clinical effect.Methods:48 cases were diagnosed as cerebral concussion with headache symptoms, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group (23 cases) the application of conventional treatment; treatment group (25 cases) on the basis of routine treatment, application of Chaihu Xixin Decoction in the treatmentment。The patients in the two groups after 14 days treatment through before treatment and after treatment of Rivermead after brain concussion syndrome symptoms questionnaire, Rivermead brain injury were followed up, the follow-up questionnaire, data analysis objectively.Results:The patients in the two groups after 1 courses of treatment (14 days) to observe the clinical efficacy after treatment. Before treatment in two groups in age, sex and cause of injury on the statistical analysis, no significant difference, comparable; the two groups before and after treatment of Rivermead brain syndrome postconcussion symptoms questionnaire score, Rivermead brain injury follow-up questionnaire score improved significantly, by statistical analysis software were statistically significant difference; and the two comparison between the two groups, the treatment group efficiency is better than that of the control group in the treatment.Conclusion:It can significantly improve the efficacy of cerebral concussion headaches in the conventional treatment based on the use of traditional Chinese Medicine Chaihu Xixin Decoction and Western medicine.
