| Background:Hemorrhoids is common and frequent disease and it says there are 9 of 10 people to suffer from.According to a census shows at home, anal rectum disease accounted for 59.1% of the disease, hemorrhoids accounted for 87.25% of all anorectal diseases. According to a shows from foreign, hemorrhoids clinical morbidity is 60-70%.Hemorrhoids was divided into internal hemorrhoids,external hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids,at the same time,it was classified into I-IV in the Hemorrhoid guided clinical diagnosis and therapy in 2006.Clinical coformed that the conservative treatments including oralling drugs,local drugs.etc for mild hemorrhoids were effective,but not for the severe which need the surgical treatment.Nowndays, there are some common clinical operation method to treat hemorrhoids,such as,the traditionally internal plunge into outer peel(that is Milligan-Morgan),ligation of synthetic therapy,guided by ultrasound doppler hemorrhoids artery ligation,Procedure for prolapsed and hemorrhoids,Tissue-selecting Therapy stapler (short for TST),which is a new technology.Comparing with other surgeries,mucosal resection hemorrhoids of selective has greater clinical value,because it remove the pathological haemorrhoids and hemorrhoids in areas of mucosal tissue,keep the normal mucosa and muscle-mat institutions,maintain the fine feature of the anus.We found that there were some insufficient,First,after suegery,haemorrhoids may hernia,that is to say,the recurrence rate is higher.Second,a few of patients felt the anus belly after surgery,but it reduced more than PPH surgery. Sclerotherapy is a ancient and effective therapy to treat internal hemorrhoids.Now lauromacrogolit is used to treat hemorrhoid in clinic.Therefore,On the basis of inheritating characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine therapy,with the modern trend of surgical minimally invasive,not only ensuring higher cure rate,but aslo keeping the normal mucosa and muscle-mat institutions and maintaining the fine feature of the anus,reduceing the recurrence rate and complications after suegery,we combine Tissue-selecting Therapy stapler and Sclerotherapy,to treat hemorrhoids.Object:According to observing the 30 patients slective in clinic,comparing the clinical effection of Tissue-Selecting Therapy Stapler unite with sclerotherapy,and use alone issue-Selecting Therapy Stapler,evaluating the advantages and disadvantages objectively.At the same time,the study can objectively evaluate effect and security of the Tissue-Selecting TherapyStapler unite with sclerotherapy,l,to treat internal hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids with Ⅱ-Ⅲ.Method:According to the inclusion and diagnosis criteria,30 patients who suffer from the internal hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids with Ⅱ-Ⅲ,were divided into two groups to observe in clinnic at the random,combine Mucosal resection hemorrhoids, of selective and Curing agent injection,Poly cinnamyl alcohol,is treatment group with 15 cases, Mucosal resection hemorrhoids of selective is controlled group with 15cases. Observing indicators including the total curitive effct,the operation time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative bleeding,anal pain,the anus belly,Urinary retention, anal stenosis hemorrhoids out again,etc.Rsult:Comparing with age,gender,course of disease,effect rate,the operation time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative bleeding,anal pain,the anus belly,Urinary retention, anal stenosis,the length of time,etc,there is no significant difference(P>.05).but for the heamorrhoids out again, there is significant difference.Conclusiomthe method Tissue-Selecting Therapy Stapler unite with sclerotherapyis used as a safe and effective method to treat internal and mixed hemorrhoid,and it has an advantage of shorter operation time,less postoperative complications,higner cure rate,lower recurrence rate。... |
