Objection:To observe and study the clinical effect of tissue-selecting therapy stapler(TST)in the treatment of non-circular hemorrhoids.Method:A total of 168 patients with grade III?IV degree non-circular hemorrhoids who underwent surgical treatment in the department of Anorectal, the Fourth Affiliated hospital of China Mdical University from December 1,2017 to December 1,2018 were selected as the study objects.According to the different surgical methods for the patients, they were divided into the experimental group and the control group, and each group contained 84 patients. The experimental group underwent TST surgery and the control group underwent PPH surgery.Retrospective analysis was performed to compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients.Result:TST was better than the PPH in active bleeding during operation, postoperative pain(postoperative pain within 24 hours, postoperative pain in defecation),postoperative urinary retention, postoperative anal edema(3,5,7,10days),urgency of defecation, and sense of fall-swell in the anus;(P < 0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of III?IV degree non-circular hemorrhoids, the effect of TST is satisfactory compared with PPH.There are fewer complications after TST,which greatly reduces the postoperative pain of patients, and more satisfies the requirements of minimally invasive surgery and the concept of fast track surgery. Is more suitable for this type of hemorrhoid patients of the surgical method. |
