| Purpose:The article discusses the influence of Chinese medical type of syndrome in delaying the recidivation and metastasis of esophageal cancer retrospectively both from the theoretical and clinical aspects. It also probes the dependability between postoperative taking medicine and recidivation and metastasis.Methods:The traditional Chinese medicine, etiological factor and pathogenesis, therapy and various kinds of prognosis factors were analyzed in this thesis. Numbers of domestic and overeas study advancements of esophageal cancer’s recidivation and metastasis were exposed. At first, it collects every patients’records as follows:age, clinical stage, tumor size, pathologic type, differentiation of Chinese medical symptoms and signs, treatment by Chinese medicine etc. etc. Then it observes how differentiation of Chinese medical symptoms and signs, treatment by Chinese medicine affect on the DFS.Results:120 cases of esophageal cancer who had been done the operation were chosen. After statistics analysis, DFS of the patients of stomach yin deficiency is longer than those of spleen kidney deficiency syndrome. As to spleen qi deficiency, it has statistical significance. DFS of the patients involved in treatment of Chinese medicine is longer than those who are without treatment of Chinese medicine. Clinical stage has predominant dependability with Chinese medical type of syndrome.Conclusion:In these three syndromes of esophageal cancer patients after radical surgery, DFS of the patients of stomach yin deficiency is the longest, and the effect of taking medical treatment is the best, which can significantly reduce the recurrence rate. |
