Purpose:In contrast, patients with esophageal cancer had two different traditional open-thoracic surgery methods in the left posterior lateral incision and the anterior upper right side of the upper right side and two different types of thoracic surgery. Methods:The patients who underwent the operation of the esophageal cancer from November2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into observation groups and control groups.Observation group: postoperative method of the right two incisions. The position of the surgical position, the right elevation of the position.Through the right thoracic incision, the chest is dissociated, and the abdominal dissociation is completed by the middle incision of the upper abdomen, and the esophagus is cut off the upper part of the diaphragmatic muscle, and the stomach is raised to the chest for anastomosis.Control group: left incision surgery method.Surgical position, right side position. The thoracic muscle is dissociated by the chest incision, and the diaphragm is dissociated. The diaphragmatic muscle is stitched together and the esophageal fissure is stitched together with the wall of the stomach wall. The patients were compared to two groups of patients during operation time, chest opening time, and single lung ventilation time during surgery. The pulmonary function and arterial blood gas analysis were monitored after the operation, the first week of the operation, and one month after the operation.Statistical processing: all of the data to be picked by SPSS20.0 statistics software for data analysis and measurement data with ? + s said that compared with paired t test, when there are differences in P ? 0.05,with statistical significance..Results:1.Surgery: observation group unilateral lung ventilation in the operation time and operation in the chest open time is less than the control group of patients, the results have statistical significance(P < 0.05)2.Blood gas analysis: 1 week after operation, the effects of Pa CO2,Pa O2 and Pa O2 were less than the control group, and the results were statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Lung function: 1 week after surgery,1 month after the operation of VC,FVC,FEV1,MVV is and contrast each other before the surgery, the indicators are in decline the results were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The results were statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the results were statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The surgery on the right side of the surgery reduces the time of open chest time and the single lung aeration during surgery, which is less than the left incision.2.On the right side of the two incision in surgery to the chest wall well and diaphragmatic muscle damage than the left side of the incision, make the patients postoperative lung function damage is less than the left side of the incision, and conducive to the recovery of patients with postoperative lung function...
