| Purpose:Application of computer data mining technology, research on clinical experience of mentor professor Wang Xu in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM), taking professor wang accumulation of T2DM records as the breakthrough point,which are relatively complete data and met the inclusion criteria.To explore the treatment rule and characteristics of drug experience of mentor in treatment of T2DM,and comprehensive summary, organize, refine the clinical experience and academic thought of mentor in treatment of T2DM.To improve the level of treatment of T2DM,with the summary of the results for clinical,and provide a theoretical basis for safety and efficacy of Chinese medical treatment for this disease.Methods:Collecting mentor medical records for the treatment of T2DM,saving and collation the original data of the 41 cases diagnosed 135 times which are met the requirements,using Excel software to build the database after the preliminary data processing.Using the SPSS20.0 software to frequency analysis of T2DM patients with symptoms,signs5 tongue, pulse, pathological factors, drugs classification and drugs meridian tropism.Then analysising the drugs included cases which frequency is greater than 6 times using the cluster analysis method,seeking commonly used drugs and drugs polymer for treatment of T2DM,and summarizing the clinical experience of mentor in treatingT2DM.Result:Through the data mining can be obtained that this group contains 22 males and 19 females.The maximum age is 73 years old while the minimum age is 30 years old.The main symptoms of dry mouth (69 times) appeared most times, while soreness of loins (48 times), sleep not soundly(44 times),fatigue(37 times),urine with foam(33 times),blurred vision(31 times), etc.The tongue and pulse is mainly red tongue (110 times) and thready pulse (101times) most common,otherwise crack tongue (11 times) or less moss (9), stringy pulse (19 times) and so on. Pathological factors mainly include the deficiency,blood stasi-heat,dryness-heat,humid-heat, the occurrence rate is respectively 78.0%,75.6%,53.7%,19.5%.135 pieces of effective prescription contain 145 kinds of drugs, a total of 2131 times.The first diagnosed 41 cases contain 114 kinds of drugs, a total of 581 times,mainly drugs of invigoration,clearing heat and promoting blood circulation,of which channel tropisms are mainly liver,.kidney, lung and spleen,such as cortex lycii,euonymus alatus,fructus lycii,rhizoma discoreae, common macrocarpium fruit,debark peony root, arrowroot, etc.Conelusion:Through the study found that the main pathogenesis of T2DM is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,based on Yin deficiency, dryness-heat,humid-heat and blood stasis-heat as standard. Professor Wang Xu pays much attention to the comprehensive analysis of data gained by four diagnostic methods in clinical treatment by invigoration,clearing heat based, supplemented by promoting blood circulation,moistening dryness and dampness. |
