Objective: The objective of this study was to compare the curative effect of moxifloxacin and levofloxacin, beta-lactam combined with azithromycin in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia. Methods: Studying the CAP patients who were admitted to the first Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University and met the criteria from March 2014- January2015.All the patients were randomly divided into group moxifloxacin, beta lactam combined with azithromycin group and levofloxacin group, by observing the highest temperature and maximum heart rate, breathing rate highest and lowest blood pressure, the minimum SO2(%), and other indicators to evaluate the clinical curative effect;detailed records of time of the use of antibiotics, hospitalization time and treatment efficacy; And measure C-reactive protein(CRP) and procalcitonin(PCT) before treatment and three day after treatment to evaluate the curative effect of aniotic treatment. To detect significant differences between groups,we used single factor analysis of variance, chi-square test and T-test.Results: this study collected in accordance with the inclusion criteria of 26 cases of community-acquired pneumonia, male 11 cases, female 15 cases, All patients were randomly divided into three groups. 9 cases of moxifloxacin group, male 4 cases,female5 cases, the average age was(37.78±10.07)years, the average hospitalization time was(10.44±2.29) days, the efficacy was 88.8%, the mean PCT before treatment was(0.063±0.119 ng/ml and after treatment 3days was(0.044±0.084)ng/ml, the mean CRP before treatment was(40.55±12.8)mg/L and after treatment 3days was(11.54±3.18) mg/L; 9 cases of Levofloxacin group, male 4 cases, female 5 cases, theaverage age was(38.33±9.02)years, the average hospitalization time was(10.50±1.92)days, the efficacy was 88.8%, the mean PCT before treatment was(0.093±0.020)ng/ml and after treatment 3days was(0.056±0.096)ng/ml, the mean CRP before treatment was(35.41±6.14)mg/L and after treatment 3days was(5.34±0.76 mg/L); 8 cases of Beta-lactam combined with azithromycin group, male 4 cases, female 4 cases, average age was(34.87±14.12)years, the average hospitalization time was(10.22±2.62)days,the efficacy was 75%, the mean PCT before treatment was(0.118 ±0.036) ng/ml and after treatment 3days was(0.062± 0.012)ng/ml, the mean CRP before treatment was(38.79±13.4)mg/L and after treatment 3days was(15.15±4.34)mg/L; There was no statistically significant difference in three groups of patients’ average age(F = 3.584, P= 0.167)and in the average hospitalization time(F = 0.035, P = 0.966); No statistical significance in three groups of patients before and after treatment in PCR and CRP(P>0.05); And no statistically significant difference in comparison of efficient of three groups of patients,(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1. The moxifloxacin.levofloxacin and beta-lactam combined with azithromycin in our initial treatment in patients with CAP were all effective treatment.2. The moxifloxacin.levofloxacin and beta-lactam combined with azithromycin to CAP patients in the initial treatment had same curative effect.3. Use of moxifloxacin and levofloxacin alone can have a effective treatment for CAP.
