Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate treatment efficacy in hospitalised community-acquired pneumonia(CAP) patients with regard to initial antibiotic treatment. The antibiotics including moxifloxacin, levofloxacin, and β-lactams combined with azithromycin. Methods: 207 cases of hospitalized patients with CAP in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University were selected during March 2014 to December2014, They are aged between 18 to 70 years. We divided the all subjects into three groups including 74 cases of patients received treatment with moxifloxacin, 63 cases of patients received treatment with β-lactams combined with azithromycin, 70 cases of patients received treatment with levofloxacin. All subjects recorded temperature, respiration rate, heart rate, blood pressure and pulse oxygen saturation daily during admission to end of treatment, and determined levels of white blood cells(WBC),neutrophil percentage, lymphocyte percentage, acidophilic granulocyte percentage, monocyte percentage, hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),procalcitonin(PCT) in the 1st day, 3rd day, 5th day.By SPSS 19.0 software, comparing the level of vital signs, routine blood test,hs-CRP, PCT before and after treatment and length of stay, analysis treatment efficacy in hospitalised CAP patients with regard to initial antibiotic treatment. Observe the clinical curative effect of moxifloxacin. Results:Compared with combination group and levofloxacin group, moxifloxacin group dropped body temperature to normal with shorter time significantly.Respiration rate, heart rate, blood pressure and pulse oxygen saturation were counted among the three groups in the normal range, and all the three groups ofbreathing, heart rate, blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation were better with the increase of hospitalized days gradually optimized. There was no statistically significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05).Three groups of patients were collected peripheral white blood cells count, neutrophil percentage, lymphocyte percentage, acidophilic granulocyte percentage, monocyte percentage, blood hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs- CRP), calcitonin original(PCT) in the first hospitalized day.But the blood test results no statistical differences(P>0.05). But the diffierence of white blood cell count in the third day, moxifloxacin group compared with levofloxacin group, β-lactams combined with azithromycin group was statistically significant(P<0.05),Higher probability of moxifloxacin group becomes normal. Moxifloxacin group compared withβ-lactams combined with azithromycin group in neutrophil percentage, monocyte percentage have higher probability to become nomal. The negative conversion rate of three groups of patients in blood hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs- CRP) in the fifth day was statistically significant differences(P<0.05), pairwise comparison between groups showed that the moxifloxacin group have higher negative conversion rate compared with β-lactams combined with azithromycin group. Other inflammatory markers among the three groups was not statistically significant differences(P>0.05).The three groups were not statistically different in length of stay.Conclution: Associated with levofloxacin, β-lactams combined with azithromycin.compared with moxifloxacin in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia can make the hospitalized patients with shorter time to recover to normal body temperature, and effectively improve inflammation index...
