As the center of our rural health service system, township health centers have important signification to improve basic medical service level, and promote the development of rural health service, which determines the general level of rural health service work immediately. The key point to develop rural health service is the construction of health personnel. As a result, the construction, cultivation and management of rural health personnel must be strengthened. According to the systematic researches and analyses for the human resourches allocation in rural township health centers of Weishan County, this article makes some advantageous proposals in order to improve status quo of human resources allocation in township health centers of Weishan County, and provides scientific references for planning and improving human resources in rural township health centers of Weishan County, promoting the reformation of township health centers and the development of rural health service.This study collects and sorts lots of related documents first, then investigates and collects materials about the status quo of health human resources allocation towards10health centers in this county, and uses the related knowledge and methods of public administration, organizational behavior, statistics, etc.,combining with the local situation, analyzes the existing main problems and influence factors of status quo of human resources allocation in township health centers of Weishan County. Through researches and analyses, drawing the following conclusions, and the overall picture of township health centers in Weishan County is:1. The health service situation is very poor.2. The general income situation is not optimistic.3. Lack of essential medical equipment. The human resources allocation in township health centers of Weishan County has following problems:1. The overall shortage of health personnel.2. Staffing allocation structure is irrational.3. Lack of high-level and professional health workers.4. Further study and training for health personnel are lagged.5. The health personnel are not stable and full of mobility.Regarding to the status quo and problems of health human recourses allocation in township health centers of Weishan County, I put forward the following countermeasures:1. Give full play to the leading role of the government and increase financial support.2. The government policy support for township health centers.3. Strengthen and stabilize the construction of rural health personnel.4. The government should clearly recognize its basic functions.5. Establish the suitable talents training mode for township health personnel.
