Objective:Application of three-dimensional ultrasound evaluation of Gravesdisease1month after131I treatment and blood flow parameters changewithin3months of glands,131I of three-dimensional ultrasound in theevaluation of the value of Graves disease treatment effect. Methods:In May2013to May2013to Sino-Japanese fellowship at Jilinuniversity hospital nuclear medicine, radioactive131I therapy inpatients with Graves disease,66people, including23men, women43people; Minimum age21years old, biggest78years old, the average agewas (38.7+8.6); Shortest duration of3months, the longest18years, theaverage course was (4.2+3.8) years. The research objects are used toselect drug treatment is invalid or unable to bear anti-thyroid drugs haveside effects. Before treatment of thyroid ultrasonography and laboratoryexamination to exclude thyroiditis, high thyroid nodules and otherendocrine metabolic disease caused by the hyperthyroidism. All patientschoose disposable oral131I treatment on an empty stomach, accordingto the patient’s own treatment effect factors and per person per gram ofthyroid tissue before dose individualization determine the dose of131I,and respectively before and after treatment and nuclear medicine reviewat the same time of1month,3months of two-dimensional ultrasound(cm2) volume of thyroid, isthmus, thick (cm) and bilateral thyroid arterydiameter (cm) and observation of color doppler ultrasound blood flow condition, spectrum doppler measurement on of thyroid artery flowvelocity (cm/s), three dimensional color doppler ultrasound vascularindex (VI), blood flow index (FI), blood vessels, blood flow index (VFI)parameters. Comparison measurement data before and after thetreatment group USES the t test is analyzed, and the different period oftime on each leaf of thyroid, middle and lower parts of the VI, FI andVFI were analyzed respectively; Using Pearson correlation analysisrespectively on the thyroid volume, thyroid artery diameter and flowvelocity, three-dimensional ultrasound in VI, FI and VFI in relevance toFT3was analyzed.Results:1、2D ultrasound parameters compared with before treatment, treatment after1month when bilateral thyroid gradually returned tonormal thyroid imaging, glands echo is uniform, Bilateral thyroidvolume, spondylolysis and thyroid artery diameter difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05); One month after treatment and therewas no statistically significant difference in the three months (P>0.05).2、 Color doppler ultrasound parameters compared with beforetreatment, a month on thyroid artery flow velocity gradually returned tonormal, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); One monthafter treatment and there was no statistically significant difference in thethree months (P>0.05).3、3D ultrasound parameters results: compared with beforetreatment, a month after the treatment of thyroid VI, FI and VFI invarious parameters are significantly lower than before treatment, thereare significant difference statistically significant (P <0.01); A monthafter treatment compared with three months after treatment, the thyroidVI, FI and VFI in various parameters, there was no significant difference (P>0.05). One month and three months after treatment, patients withleft and right lobes glands (On, middle and lower treatment), middle andlower treatment on VI, FI and VFI in had no statistical difference (P>0.05).4、The correlation analysis results: the volume of thyroid, thyroidartery diameter and flow velocity, three-dimensional ultrasoundCentre-left, right lobe thyroid VI, FI and VFI in each parameter arepositively correlated with FT3before treatment, treatment after onemonth and three months after treatment the parameters are notcorrelation with FT3.Conclusion:1、3D color doppler ultrasound can be comprehensive, objectiveand three-dimensional morphology after131I treatment for Gravesdisease aspects observation assessment; Quantitative evaluation I131Graves disease before and after the treatment of thyroid blood vessels, blood flow distribution.2、Aquantitative analysis of three-dimensional ultrasound for131Itreatment of Graves disease diagnosis, therapeutic drug has a certainguiding significance.3、131I to treat on Graves disease, middle and lower thyroid glandfunction is uniform.
