To Explore The Mechanism Of Typical Cases From TCM Treatment HIV/AIDS

Objective:The objective is to explore the mechanism of typical cases from TCM treatment persons living with HIV/AIDS to guide the clinic, benefit more HIV/AIDS patients and show the huge role of traditional Chinese medicine defending human health.Method:Using retrospective analysis, through the typical cases of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of HIV/AIDS, analyzing the influential elements of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of AIDS,like different routes of infection age and incon、the society supports、family functions、patient compliance、the influence of methadone、cultural degree and discrimination、the different effect on the survival of the gene subtype、traditional Chinese medicine&genetics、the influence of alcohol、the psychological effects and the other unknown factors is to explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of AIDS.Result:People living with HIV mergering typical skin lesion have remarkable effect with traditional Chinese medicine. System treatment has obtained certain therapeutic effect, but only manifesting on some patients, I couldn’t make decision about the popularization, perhaps the reason is treatment based on syndrome differentiation.Family has significant treatment effect on PLWHA, so we should pay attention to it. The mechanism of Chinese medicine treatment of HIV/AIDS may be treatment based on syndrome differentiation, and this is also the character of TCM treatment. But the patients need to take medicine on long-term, How to make the patients persist on normal and daily use of decoction;How to guarantee the quality of decoction that has identical standard, these would affect the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). IDUs have good effect, but the reason is not clear. Alcohol may have a certain therapeutic effect on PLWHA. Psychological factors had a great influence on the patients, clinicians need to have certain psychological knowledge even professional knowledge, so that we can better participate in AIDS prevention and control work, and improve the quality of the patients. We could appropriately add some drugs to relief liver and tranquilize the uneasiness of mind and bodyConclusion:The impact factors of treatment of TCM are multitudinous, so when we face clinic treatment these factors need to be taken into account. HIV/AIDS prevention and control require the participation of the whole society, eliminating discrimination and woking together.
