Health care is one of three issues that people most concerned about, each person’s daily life are closely related with it. But the real situation of our country is, the health service as a scarce resource, which has the problem of uneven distribution. When we go to a hospital, we may generally have experience such as "registration difficult, long waiting time, the process cumbersome, poor service", but to each hospital, due to differences in strength, size, nature of each unit of the hospital, their problems in the process are not the same. If the process issues can be re-optimize, the efficiency of the whole country’s health can be improved largely.Before writing this paper, I study the BPR development thesis, learn the progress domestic and foreign hospitals. Through practical research, character interviews and other methods, I learn the unit features of M hospitals, the problems in business processes were found and their causes were analyzed one by one. The problem include:dispensary window line, long waiting time; physical examination-oriented identity is unclear; there is no service desk; quality of medical services is generally not high; hospital staff do not pay attention to study. For these specific problems, the use of business process reengineering theory was carried out separately to its outpatient business processes and the quality of medical services. Though implementation of the transformation, greatly facilitate the medical treatment of patients, the quality of services provided by hospitals is also improved. The most important point is learn the business by the medical staff and experts teaching institutional reengineering, the culture of the whole hospital that full of new positive energy attention to study. For these specific problems, the use of business process reengineering theory was carried out to its outpatient business processes, and there is something to do with the quality of medical services. Though implementation of the transformation, greatly facilitate the medical treatment of patients, the quality of services provided by hospitals is also improved. The most important point is that by the medical staff and experts teaching institutional reengineering, the culture of the whole hospital that full of new positive energy is gradually formed. So the process reengineering is not only improving the "patient-centered" service level, but also increasing the recycling of corporate culture, it is the power of culture to promote the development of enterprises.
