Objective:To analysis the pelvic adhesion in repeat cesarean section of294patients and the preoperative, intraoperative basic situation in first cesarean section, then to investigate the correlation between them, in order to provide the basis for the prediction of operation difficulty and risk in repeat cesarean section. Methods:During the period of February2012to February2014, to select294patients of repeat cesarean section in our hospital. The youngest pregnant woman was25years old, the oldest was39years old, the average age is32.1±6.7years old. There were no significant difference of general information between the groups of patients (P>0.05). We have ruled out of patients with serious mental diseases, primary heart disease and heart, liver, kidney nonfunction. Results:Among the294pregnant women with repeat cesarean section, of114cases without adhesion, the other180cases had pelvic adhesion in different degree.75cases for grade Ⅰ,84cases for grade Ⅱ,21for Ⅲ, adhesion rate was61.2%.By the method of principal component analysis, we have analyzed the influence of pregnant women age, times of abortion or D&C between C-sections, repeat C-section time gap, previous C-section hospital level, abdominal wall incision type, type of cesarean section, labor or not to adhesion. The statistical results showed cesarean section postoperative adhesion is mainly related with repeat C-section time gap, previous C-section hospital level and abdominal wall incision type. labor or not, while age, type of cesarean section have basically nothing to do with severity of adhesion. The results suggests that we should pay attention to the type of abdominal wall incision in the process of cesarean section, at the same time Pregnancy time interval should be more than2years as possible. Conclusion:Above all, cesarean section postoperative adhesion is mainly related with repeat C-section time gap, previous C-section hospital level and abdominal wall incision type.
