To Comparise the differences in obesity treatment of patients with hyperuricemia by Traditional Chinese medicine, exenatide, integrative.Methods:1.42Patients who comded to outpatient for treatment for hyperuricemia and obesity, were randomly assigned to the first group (TCM group), the third group (Integrative group).21cases that were treated in many hospitals simply using exenatide were assigned to the second group (western medicine group).2. After12weeks treatment, observe the changes in body weight, body mass index, waist circumference, blood uric acid, cholesterol, symptom scores and other indicators of efficacy in the three groups of patients, then analysis the datas.Result:1. comparison of weight, body mass index:the weight, body mass index were lower after treatment in the three group(P <0.05),the decline of weight, integrative group is better than Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine group is better than exenatide group.2. Comparison of waist:the waist index were lower after treatment in the three groups (P<0.05), the decline of waist, integrative group is better than Chinese medicine; Chinese medicine group is better than exenatide group.3. Comparison of uric acid:the uric acid index were lower after treatment in the TCM and integrative group (P<0.05), integrative group is better than Chinese medicine; Uric acid did not change significantly in exenatide group.4. comparison of lipid profile:the index of TC、TG、LDL-C were lower, HDL-C are higher after treatment in the three group(P<0.05), integrative group is better than Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine group, exenatide group.5. Comparison of fasting and postprandial blood glucose with in2h:the fasting and2h postprandial blood glucose of the three groups were decreased after treatment, no significant difference between the three groups.6. Comparison of symptom scores:integrative group is better than Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine group is better than exenatide group.7.
