Objective:To evaluate the exercise capacity in patients with1,2-level essential hypertension and to study the impact on blood pressure and cardiovascular enduranceMethods:All subjects divided according to blood pressure to hypertension group (H) and normal group (N), conducted a questionnaire survey and horizontal cycle ergo-meter exercise test, comparing the peak V02(V02peak), anaerobic threshold (AT), peak oxygen pulse(02/HRpeak), ventilatory equivalent of carbon dioxide ventilation when compensatory point (VE/VCO2@VCP). And based on questionnaires and load test results will hypertensive group divided by the amount of physical activity HLP group (Hypertension and low PA) and HHP group (Hypertension and high PA). And the value of the hypertensive population into METs HLC group (Hypertension and low CRF) and HHC (Hypertension and high CRF) will be divided into the normal population NLC (Normal and low CRF) and NHC (Normal and high CRF), analyze the resting SBP (SBPrest), resting DBP (DBPrest), systolic blood pressure when exercise test terminated10min (SBP10min), Diastolic blood pressure when exercise test terminated10min (DBP10min), SBPrest-10min (SBPrest-SBP10min), DBPrest-10min (DBPrest-DBP10min).Results:Compared with N group V02peak, METs were significantly higher in group H (p<0.05); V02peak, METs in HP group compared to LP group were significantly increased (p<0.05); SBPrest of HHC group significantly lower than the HLC group SBPrest (p<0.05); DBP10min of HHC group significantly lower than DBPrest of HHC group (p<0.05); SBP10min of HLC group significantly lower than HLC group (p<0.05); DBP10min of HLC group significantly lower than HLC group (p<0.05); SBPrest-10min of HLC group compared with SBPrest-10min of HHC group is more significant (p<0.01); Comparing to HHC group, HLC group has higher proportion who stoped the experiment due to excessive blood pressure (p<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The1,2-level hypertensive patients outside peripheral tissue oxygen utilization has appeared reduced, but cardiorespiratory fitness and exercise capacity and no significant change.(2)Aerobic exercise has obvious short-term antihypertensive effect.(3)1,2grade hypertension patient those who had good cardiorespiratory fitness got a lower resting systolic blood pressure levels.(4) In1,2grade hypertension patients, HHC group has better exercise security than HLC group and can also tolerate a higher exercise load.
