Experience In The Application Of Laparoscopic Inguinal Hernia Repair With Domestic Bipolar Coagulation Scissors And Ultrasound Knife

Objective:To explore the advantages and disadvantages of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair with domestic bipolar coagulation scissors and ultrasound knife.Methods:The clinical data of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair with them from July2012to July2013were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Subtotal domestic bipolar coagulation scissors and ultrasound knife were accomplished in64cases and62cases with laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair. The TEP operating time were (76.5±15.3) min and (87.5±16.2) min respectively, the TAPP operating time were (68.3±18.5) min and (78.6±17.5) min respectively, the IPMO operating time were (33.5±16.0) min and (35.5±15.0) min respectively, the TEP blood loss were (15.5±2.1) ml and (16.2±3.3) ml respectively, the TAPP blood loss were (17.3±3.5) ml and (15.6±2.5) ml respectively. All of them had (10%-16%) postoperative complications, the TEP were discharged (2.9±0.8) d and (3.2±0.5) d postoperatively, the TAPP were discharged (3.5±1.5) d and (3.7±1.9) d postoperatively, the IPOM were discharged (4.5±1.0) d and (4.2±1.6) d postoperatively.Conclusion:Laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair with them is a safe and feasible approach. Function of domestic bipolar coagulation scissors better than that ultrasound knife.
