Research On Cost Management Of Jinan Central Hospital Comprehensive Ward Building

At present, the theory and method of construction project cost management is increasingly mature. More and more reasonable and scientific management methods and theories are used in the project. But the cost control system is not perfect. People did not pay enough attention to prior control.What’s all, cost control is not perfect in all levels, which results in serious waste in projects investment. And these phenomena seriously troubled the management of investment benefits of construction engineering. Under this background, construction enterprises must strengthen the cost management of construction project. Try our best to do work, to minimize the cost and obtain the maximum benefit and a win-win situation. It must enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and the construction enterprises remain to be invincible.A full study in the cost management theory and experience has been made at home and abroad. This paper introduces the concept, content of cost management, the related concepts in whole process of cost management, analysis of the eight principles of cost management and expounds the main content of construction project cost management. It mainly includes the determination of target cost, cost estimation, cost budget and the whole process of construction project cost control, and discusses the cost management for each stage taking the Jinan center hospital comprehensive ward building construction project as an example. Based on the actual operation condition and data of the project and the related theory of construction project cost management, it introduces the process of the determination of the target cost in this case, as well as the cost control in design stage, bidding stage, and analysis the present situation and existing problems of cost control in each stage, In view of these problems, it puts forward the corresponding measures and strategy of cost management. Finally,based on the central hospital of Jinan city comprehensive ward building project, it puts forward some measures for optimization of construction project cost management, including the establishment of project cost management responsibility, quality, cost, schedule integration control, which provides recommendations for future similar project construction cost management.
